Eastman has an excellent selection of carpeting and very knowledgeable and helpful salespersons!

This is the second time we’ve used Eastmans. We replaced the carpets they had installed years ago with laminate. Very tough job because part of the house is over 120 years old and some is 20 years old. Asa did an outstanding job helping us with the laminate. Stephen is a real craftsman with the installation he did. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Frank is great to work with. Really knows his products and guarantees satisfaction on his installation and products. His installers pay attention to detail and perform extremely quality work. They clean up the work area and always make sure you are satisfied before leaving the project. They are very polite and courteous. We would highly recommend Eastman’s Flooring. Excellent staff and service

Saved my timeline for my house! Lowe’s is awful and it took them weeks to get carpet and they never even managed to get it. I called Eastman’s after Lowe’s had a month to get the job done. Eastman’s measured the same day and had carpet installed within 3 business days. That’s unreal. The quality was exceptional as well. If you are considering Lowe’s, don’t. Go here.

Their customer service is top-notch! Jennifer, Gary, and the whole team were kind, honest, knowledgeable, & so helpful through the entire process. They answered all my questions (and I had a bunch) & made shopping a breeze! I must have borrowed a sample in every color of the floors I selected & each time I went back they were welcoming and patient. They have great prices, quick response times, & quality products! I recommend them to everyone!
