I have used Simon at Prime Clean now for the 3rd time, and each and every time Simon is professional, thorough, friendly and trustworthy, I would 100% reccomend his services. Regrettably on this occasion Simon was responding to a not so nice call out, as my cat had an accident on the sofa. Simon came out the very next morning and completed a very thorough clean, despite this, once the sofa had dried, there was still a slight lingering smell of the cat's 'accident', however, I messaged Simon to raise my concerns and Simon was great, advising that he would come back the very next morning. Simon returned as promised and completed a further clean, concentrating on the area in question and to my absolute relief, there is no more bad odour remaining. Outstanding customer service and fantastic results on my breakfast bar stools, lounge sofas, ottoman and foot stool! I thoroughly recommend Simon and PrimeClean Dunstable. He was recommended to me and I’m so glad he was. From my first point of contact on Facebook messenger it was clear to me that Simon was extremely professional, thorough and held high standards. My sofas are made of a particularly tricky material to clean so Simon offered to come out and test the material clean on my sofas at no cost. He didn’t get the results he was happy with on the test run after he spent hours testing numerous different cleaning agents so he went away to further research. As you can see in the before and after photos below his efforts were worth it. My breakfast bar stools are like new and my sofas are not the embarrassment they were! Having looked on the internet for a upholstery cleaner for our 2 chaise lounges, chair and staircase carpets I decided to contact Prime Clean on Saturday afternoon. Simon returned by missed call within minutes, gave me a rough quote based on my description of what needed done. Sent him photos on Sunday and Simon responded promptly again on Sunday evening and agreed a price. Work done following Tuesday. Simon was incredibly courteous and professional. I've had carpets cleaned a number of times and this was certainly the best result I've had - often I find spots reappear after a couple of days but this hasn't happened, and the carpets look lovely. Simon also provided me a free bottle of spot cleaner for ongoing use. Would certainly recommend and use again.

Communication with Simon was extremely efficient and professional from the start and he was very flexible when I needed to change appointment times.
