We bought a new construction house that was apparently slapped together by unskilled labor. We had a huge mess! Thank goodness for these folks! Shout out to Brandon! Thank you!

We had them out for a smoke test for a smell in our basement- they had to come twice bc the smoke machine wasn’t working the first time. They found a hole in our main sewer line within 45 minutes and quickly packed up and left. They were not willing to tape over the hole while the smoke machine was still hooked up to see if that was the only leak despite being within the quoted time frame (2 hours). Their quote to fix the pipe (not drywall repair) was four times higher than the plumber we hired, although I later learned that if we had used them to fix the pipe they would have done another smoke test to confirm no leaks. They absolutely found a leak and eventually the smell went away. However, I was frustrated and disappointed that with such a premium cost for a speciality service, they weren’t willing to test for a second leak while everything was still hooked up or discount a follow up service after having it fixed.

The guy was nice, but at the end of the day, he was unable to track where my waterline connects to the water main, so I still do not have water. So $700 was spent without a viable result.

Technician was very pleasant and showed a willingness to really want to assist us in any way possible. Give him an A+.

Tech, B.J. Nougier was very helpful in explaining how he was checking for leaks. Where he inspected both inside/outside of the house. Professional service where he was able to determine the leak and fix the issue. Glad this service was recommended to me.

Brandon was outstanding. Found the area of our water main leak. Very professional. Arrived early and finished on time.

BJ was excellent and taught me stuff I didn’t know about my house, the most important one being where the main water main was to shut off all of the water coming in. He found the bathroom in the basement was constant leaking and we shut it off until I am able to get a plumber. The very next morning I heard water running in the refrigerator and when I opened the door, the water sprayed all over the kitchen due to the refrigerator filter breaking. I was able to run and turn off the water thanks to BJ. Heather in the office staff was a pleasure to talk to the day the city water recommended I call a detection leak company. All in all it was a pleasure working with them. It didn’t take long to analysis my problem, maybe 30 minutes and hopefully my city bill will go down after this month with the refrigerator incident also.
