He was knowledgeable, kind, and patient, answering all of my questions and providing everything needed for HOA approval, which made the process seamless. The estimate was competitive to the other quotes I got, and the wait for ordered materials ended up being a few weeks shorter that we were expecting, so the project was completed super fast. The install team was fast, professional and very nice, and I was very pleased with their work. Highly recommend!

The 2 worker bees from Seattle Shade and Awning arrived on time and promptly went to work removing the old awnings that were on the house when I bought it. In the rear of the house, it turned out that there were 7 supports of the old awning whereas my new one had only 6. That left a large white stripe where the house painters had just painted around the support. On top of which, this new awning was moved closer to the kitchen which necessitated removing some of the dark green fascia. Disaster was averted when they found 2 old 5 gallon buckets of paint in my garage and painted the side of the house to hide the 7th support location and the deep green trim was painted over where it had been cut into. What a difference their willingness to go the extra miles made to my back deck!!! And as if that were not enough, when I brought out a broom to sweep up the wood shavings, they laughed and waved me off. They had a leaf blower that they used to leave my back deck squeaky clean and even continued on down my back path to the street, blowing the leaves off. WOW. I cannot say enough good things about these guys and my experience with them!

The whole team pays attention to every detail so the shades operate smoothly and the shade looks great! They really care about their work and it shows. High quality products but, even more importantly, excellent customer service. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They’ve come back 2 or 3 times to adjust remote controls (at least one of which was my fault). They responded within minutes of me texting for help, showed up on time or early every time, and did a great job. Thank you.

All the staff at Seattle Shade and Awning were a pleasure to work with. Charles was a fantastic salesman and spent a lot of time discussing different options and their pros/cons regarding our rooftop awning. On installation day they arrived promptly at the time we were told and swiftly got a 17’ awning to our 4th floor rooftop with ease (in freezing temperatures, no less). The entire job was completed in a little over 3 hours. The 3 guys who did the install were all lovely and respectful of our home and dog. Heather in the office was always lovely to communicate with via phone or email. While their quote was not the cheapest one we received, it was definitely worth the price difference. I can not recommend them enough.

I ordered an exterior sun shade from them and all of my interior blinds. I very much enjoyed doing business with them. They are friendly, responsive, reasonable and most of all their customer service is exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough!
