Lacey Heating are brilliant (we used them to fix a leaking radiator and install a Hive). Responsive, take time to explain what issues are and follow up when they say they will. Would recommend!

I had water coming through kitchen ceiling, Tony quickly identified the cause and rectified the issue. Later on I had a new boiler installed which comes with a 10 year warranty. Everything was fairly priced, great responsive service, helpful office staff and knowledgable and very friendly plumbers. Very clean and tidy too which is always appreciated! Lacey Heating are superb. We’ve used the team for several years and they’ve always delivered excellent work. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Most recently, Tony helped us out of hours, when they were closed, with a historic issue, and without him we would have been without water for several days, with young children at home. To me, the two things that matter most with a plumber are simple: 1) you trust them to do the job properly, and 2) you know they’ll be there when you’re in trouble. Lacey Heating excel at both. Lacey Heating refurbished my bathroom - swapped my bath for a walk-in shower, changed the lighting, fitted a new cabinet and basin, plastered the ceiling, tiled the walls and installed a fan. The team of Luke and Matt did a completely fabulous job. They always turned up on time, always left everything tidy, dealt with any hiccups quickly and professionally, made sure I was informed throughout and talked me clearly through any decisions I needed to make. I would have them work in the house again without hesitation and would very happily recommend them.

Heating breaks down Boxing day. Speak to this company and they are all singing and dancing knowledge wise ref: oil boilers and associated systems. I had spoken to other heating engineers but they specialize in separate areas, ie, can do oil boilers but not associated electrics or can deal with electrics but not associated plumbing. Lacey's can do the lot! Turned up at Xmas within the hour and fixed the system. I didn't spend the rest of the festive period freezing at home. They are also very reasonably priced notwithstanding every one else is closed or cant do. I cant thank the company enough. Special shout out to "Max" Really knows his stuff, is 100% professional and a nice guy.... Wont be going any where else in the future. Roman
