I had issues with my washer and dryer and honestly i just googled repair companies near me. This company came up and since they had good ratings and they were still open at 7p I chose them. Also I needed someone asap. I called and got scheduled with Alex for next day. Best decision I made. Its hard now a days to actually find companies that are honest and more importantly know what they are doing. Alex fixed both my washer and dryer fast. If you can just ask for him because he will definitely get the job done the first time and fix everything the first time. ^_^

Excellent service and I recommend using them as your appliance repair service. I have used many over time to include what would be considered the largest, ABT. MIDWEST was vey accommodating, were not condescending and treated me their customer with respect. The service tech Alex, was the utmost professional and polite. Showed and explained what was wrong and how it needed repaired. At no time did he double talk or attempt to sell or increase the cost of my repair. Today he returned and finished the repair with the same professionalism as he did yesterday and NO surprise charges and fees. I own and partner in a couple companies, know the importance of serving your client. My expectations were exceeded. When you call ask for Alex Note this was the first time I have used them and have no connection with this company, my review comes strictly from my current experience.

I’m always hesitant about calling appliance repair businesses. But, I have regain my faith because of our service tech Alex. I had an old Kemore 700 series gas dryer that was not drying clothes properly. I googled Kenmore Alliance repair and I was directed to Midwest. They made arrangements to have Erik one of there technicians come out and determine the cause. He ended up taking the entire dryer apart while troubleshooting along the way. It ended up that the problem was for a computer board that was discontinued. Erik then put all the screws back on and I had to order a new one. I was amazed by the speed and detail that he had trying to save my machine. I definitely will call them if any other appl Break down.

Erick did a great job. He was at my condo within 45 minutes of me making the service call. He was very professional. He was able to pull the refrigerator out from its enclosure in the wall. He checked the water valve and the electrical outlet in the back. The outlet wasn’t working properly, he said, probably due to a power surge which tripped the switch. He reset the outlet. Plugged the frig back in and it worked like new. Thanks Erick.

Bryce worked on my Thermador range, and he was incredibly patient and tenacious in diagnosing and solving a difficult issue on a 26 year old stove. I would definitely use Midwest Standards again.

I would totally recommend, they are very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions about my fridge circulation and checked it throughout the process, to see if it was working. He set my fridge to the correct temperature and was helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any appliances fixed.

Excellent experience! A repairman was sent out within a couple hours of our call to look at our broken ice dispenser. Alex was a very courteous representative of the company, gave us a quote for the repair and said he'd be back as soon as the new parts were in, possibly in the next 1-2 days. He was back the next day and replaced the unit within an hour. The price was fair and we were very pleased with their same-day service call, and next day return with the new parts. Will definitely keep them in mind for any other appliance repairs (stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer etc). Hopefully we won't need them soon - but will be happy to share their information with family & friends.
