This company was very up front and followed through with everything that they promised. Something I didn't understand from the beginning was the fact that we couldn't pay our creditors for a few months until they were willing to offer a deal. Then everything happened very quickly. While our credit scores did drop during that time, they climbed quickly as each creditor was paid back.
