The short - awesome service before during and after purchase and the laser course is awesome. The long - I started the purchase of my laser in May. After talking with Steven a few times via email, we chatted on the phone multiple times so he could answer my questions and even allowed me to text him questions. I didn't purchase because I couldn't make it to the class for awhile. I eventually purchased in August and attended class in October. The class - Jordan aka Jebodiah and Anthony did a great job teaching the class. Even for a true beginner that's never touched CAD software, you could be good after this class. The class is chill and both safe paced and guided and they will give you extra one on one assistance if needed. There is also a lot of free time to do your own thing and mess it up and they are right there to help you. The classroom cameos by John are also a lot of fun. Bottom line is everyone here has fun and they take great care of you. The laser - the laser is very capable to do pretty much whatever you want. Be realistic about what you need. I purchased the 30 watt laser and although some things may take a few more passes, in most cases a 100 watt laser won't go any faster because the material won't handle it. Do easy quick stuff during the day and run your long projects after hours. This place, the people and the equipment all kick ass. So if you come here and don't have a good time and learn a lot.....I'd take a look in the mirror....

Everything exceeded my expectations

I'm really glad that I took the training with SA Lasers. I learned a lot about design. I have been using Lightburn for over a year and I learned so much more by taking this coarse. The instructors and staff were great and all of them were there to help with any questions. I can't say enough about this company. Even after the training, I have no doubt that I will always have support if I have any questions. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship with SA Lasers and at some point, in the near future, I'm sure that I will have one of their machines in my shop. I would like to say thanks to Jordan and Anthony and the entire staff. It was a Great experience!!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, and answered all the questions we had . My instructor made the experience of using the lightburn program easy to understand . Highly recommend being trained by SA Laser.

Just recently attended The Sparks training at SA laser. My whole experience from the beginning was excellent. from Shane reaching out to see if we needed anything to attending the class and working with John, Jordan and Anthony. The trainers do an excellent job walking you through step-by-step on how to operate the laser. I would Recommend SA laser for any of your engraving needs.

Just recently attended the Sparks training class at SA Laser. The instructors were very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. We got to participate in several hands on projects with the lasers which made a world of difference in understanding what the lasers can do. I highly recommend SA Lasers for your engraving needs !

Our company invested in a 50 watt fiber laser. A Buddy and I completed a three day training. The training is actually five days, but our work only let us do three.The laser itself is an impressive product. The trainers were attentive and patient with our training needs. Even after the training, we had some questions. We called them and they replied very quickly. We highly recommend it for your laser etching needs. Our experience was memorable, enjoyable, and we look forward to what we can accomplish with our new laser. Shout out to Anthony, John and Shane, but all of them did a great job! Thank you, SA Laser. The team was very hospitable. There was a lot of one one time with teachers in assisting with the projects. Learning was fascinating and fun.
