⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Orlando from Roger’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater and repairing the water softener. He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and provided multiple options for the repairs. His professionalism and quality of work are the main reasons I continue to choose Roger’s Plumbing. Highly recommend!

Jim Cogswell was able to come through on a last-minute service call. Not only was able to identify the problem swiftly, but he repaired it right there on the spot. From there, he was able to do some extra servicing to other plumbing in the home to get us set up for success! Jim has always been reliable throughout the years. He has been a true asset in assisting in the smooth functioning of all our properties here in downtown Austin. Not only is he competent, honest and professional, but his attitude and demeanor is a refreshing reminder that there are still passionate people out there in the workforce. I couldn’t recommend Roger’s Plumbing Company more!!

UPDATE: Used Roger's Plumbing a second time this time Jim and Marcus came out! These guys know what they are doing! They found a leak at my home and fixed it right away. They have great customer service skills and explained everything very well.

Roger's Plumbing was courteous, timely, friendly and knowledgeable from the receptionist to Orlando, the individual who fixed our plumbing problem. Orlando, who was also couteous timely, friendly and knowledgeable, identified the problem, explained it and then fixed it in short order. He also identified some related things that need fixing but was OK with me holding off on them for now. I actually missed the first time they arrived and called (I had my phone on silent) but they came back later without any hard feelings about my missteps. All in all, a very good experience.

Marcus did a great job and was very efficient!! We love Rogers Plumbing!! They've been our family plumber for more than 20 years!
