Infection in my shoulder reduced the pain and discomfort immensely. I was close to a 5, and now I think I'm thinking it's a 2. I am grateful!

I am so thankful for the care and concern from Ms. Jamison and Dr. Morris in the treatment of my pain related issues. The staff is friendly at the front desk and the lab. Everyone runs a tight ship which I appreciate. My providers typically run on schedule so I can be in and out of my appt and back to work on time after lunch. I really appreciate how my providers listen and seem to genuinely care about helping me achieve the best quality of life I can while living with chronic pain.

They are all super nice. Everything is clean and the staff are so professional. They are always on time. They have attended to my pain needs and made adjustments to the plan when needed. When I was having an issue that caused my pain to increase a LOT, they got me in to see the Dr Morris quickly. He always seems happy. It's contagious even when you are hurting. He genuinely seems like a nice guy. The PA's are always on top of everything. The one I usually see every month remembers my issues and follows through with all of my issues. When a pharmacist had an issue with my prescription, the nurse was on top of the situation and got the pharmacist's error resolved quickly. I would recommend them.

First of all Dr Hackl is a wonderful doctor and a friend. I was dealing with some very rude and uncaring employees. But I haven't seen them in a while. I hope they got a job that doesn't have anything to do with public interactions

Dr Morris is excellent

if my calculation is correct I have been with access pain for nearly 16 years 17 maybe and they have been also comforting It's always clean the services smooth and quick and they're always concerned about your levels of pain and solutions I would recommend them to anyone.

Very friendly staff, professional and efficient. Patients are treated with respect and dignity. It’s how all medical care should be. I’m very happy with my care.. Alicia is amazing. It’s so comforting to be greeted with her smile and confidence to do her job and do it well. She makes a difference.
