I FOUND NEXT DAY ACCESS AT 10 A M. MADE AN APPOINTMENT AT 2:30 P M THE SAME DAY. I LIKE THE PRICING FOR WHAT THE WORK HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE CAME BACK WITH THE SUPPLIES 2 HOUURLATER. HE WAS DONE WITH INSTALLATION OF 4 HANDRAILS ON THE INSIDE ALSO A WHEELCHAIR RAMP AT THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE JUST SHORTLY AFTER 5 PM. THEY WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES. DO NOT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND INSTALLED 10 TO 16 DAYS LATER!

Joe Wood was wonderful, met my wildest expectations. Fixed one Bruno chair lift on one day and moved another chair lift in from the garage the next day. Extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly and professionally and the total cost was most reasonable. Brian you're lucky to have him in your employ. I rate him Five Stars out of Five.

David Rice, the owner came on a holiday to assist with our chairlift. He was professional and courteous and fixed our problem immediately. We have always had good results with this company and they explain how to maintain your equipment as well. Highly recommend. Good people!!

The ramp structure was very sturdy. During assembly, it was matched perfectly to our garage steps and door into the house without any gaps. When it was removed, there were no marks of any kind on our finished garage floor. The owner, installer, and office were very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this company.
