A service call to Jim Carrick that our lift stopped working, was a call to immediate action. Jim came to our house, as traffic allowed and started in quickly to investigate what was wrong. It was a new, mechanical problem that required a good trouble shooting skillset which Jim always displays. Once diagnosed correctly, a permanent solution was discussed and implemented. Jim is a good choice for all senior services and upgrades.

The company that sold us our stairlift suddenly went out of business, and we didn't have anyone we could call for service. When our stairlift stopped working I didn't know who to call. Next Day Access was the first company that came up when I asked ChatGPT for recommendations. My expectations were low, but every part of the experience was exceptional! Ms Yvonne was helpful and professional when she answered my call. She told me she’d text me as soon as she found someone to come out. Within a few minutes, she texted me and said someone would be here in a couple of hours. Rob got here and did the diagnostics. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and was not out to just sell me something because I was vulnerable and he could have. He was able to get the lift working again in the one visit. I’m looking forward to signing up for their yearly maintenance program and so relieved to have found a new company to take care of our stairlift!

Jim did an excellent job installing grab bars for the shower and bath tub. He showed up at the agreed time with all necessary materials and equipment and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend him.

They truly are “Next Day Access”! I called them at noon on a Monday, the owner answered the call on the second ring. Within 15 minutes of talking the job was scheduled for the very next day. By 3:30pm on Tuesday I had 2 ramps installed at my best friend’s house. He was about to get home from the hospital and needed the ramps to get into his home. Not only are they quick, but also did a grate job at a highly competitive price. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO CALL. Forget about any of those services where you first talk with some national call center and get bounced around and never know who’s in charge or who you are actually paying. A day later, their installers, Joshua and James, arrived at my door on time as scheduled. These two very polite young men spent about four hours installing and adjusting the entire system, which went very smoothly overall. After two weeks of use, the stairlift is working smoothly, saving my wife a lot of energy going up and down stairs and making it much safer. I am very satisfied. Next Day Access responded quickly to our initial inquiry, and was able to send someone out to evaluate our area and then get a team out to install the ramp within a couple of days. They were very helpful in determining the best ramp set up for my aging dog, as the readily available dog specific ramps on the market were not adequate for our needs. He is now much more happy and confident to have his sense of independence back, and seems to enjoy going up and down the ramp, sometimes just for fun. Everyone we worked with was very professional and took time to explain everything and answer any questions.

We just had this beautiful American-made aluminum wheelchair ramp installed that provides safe access from our deck to the pool. Josiah, the managing partner, came to the house on Monday afternoon to do an estimate and his crew installed it the following Wednesday morning. We were quoted a fair price and the crew did a great installation. The crew was on-time, double-checked their work, and cleaned up before leaving.
