The estimator showed up on time, provided a number of design options, and helped me select one. The installers also showed up on time, did excellent work, and finished the work in a reasonable time. All Next Day Access personnel were very pleasant to work with and paid close attention to what I wanted.

This company was amazing, and I don't say that lightly. I highly recommend you stop your installer search right here. First, it was just a simple phone call and I was scheduled, it was that easy. No lengthy inquiries or attempts to expand scope of service to things I don't need. I quickly scheduled an appointment and the installer, Matt, said he could both look at the site and install same day - no separate estimate appointment needed. Now I was really happy. The day of the appointment I had a last minute emergency and had to reschedule. Matt was totally understanding and promptly followed up with me to reschedule. At this point I was already thrilled, but then came the installation. Matt and Michael worked hard to get the job done perfectly and quickly. I am so happy knowing my father will be safer in the shower now when he comes to visit, and the new grab bars look amazing! Thank you to Matt, Michael, and all the team!

Joseph is absolutely wonderful!!! He's had to come out twice but each time he was the best!!! He got our stair lift working and was just very pleasant and helpful the whole time!!! We will definitely call him specifically if we ever have any more problems and will highly recommend him to our friends and family!!! Just a side note...no, we don't like have to pay so much but Mr.Joseph is definitely worth every penny!!!

From the start David Goss has explained how each step of the installation would go. First Next Day Access would remove an existing shaft that housed our dumbwaiter. These guys were careful to remove and clean everything before the next step. David explained that they would need to build up the base floor to match floor level of our house. Once the concrete base had dried they started the framing for the elevator. Once again they built a sturdier frame work than what was there before. Once they moved inside it was constant working together to put the elevator. While David and a couple of his workers put the elevator together, the rest of the crew finished out the sheetrocking , trim and painting. I can not say enough awesome things about my experience throughout the installation of my new elevator. It will turn out to be the best decision I have ever made on upgrading my home. I will highly recommend Next Day Access and Pollack Elevators and home lifts to anyone who might be in market for a home elevator/home lift. My wife and I have been trying for three years to find a quality elevator company. When talking to them it would be 6 months minimum before they could even get the elevator here. Not to mention you had to find a reputable contractor to build in the shaft. The expense was enormous. Not even in my budget!! Thank God a young lady from Pollack called me to see if I was still interested. I said by all means and she referred me to Next Day Access because it is located in the same city where I live. When I met David Goss. For the first time, We talked about elevators and lifts for two hours. At the end of visit I felt I had made a good friend. SO.
