We had both an exterior and interior stairlift installed. The team at Next Day were tremendously helpful. There were a few hiccups but they stood behind their products. Returning to our home in Northern Minnesota several times to assure our satisfaction with the final product. We highly recommend their service and products.

I was very pleased with the prompt service we received at each step in the process. They came out to give us a quote within 24 hours and made sure the ramp was installed before my mother was to come home from the hospital. I was sent reminder email of the installation appointment and the time they would be there. The ramp looks great!

All it took was one - yes just one - phone call on a Friday to Kevin to set up an appointment to add a second stair lift to my home where I live and take care of my 84-year-old Dad. He was at the house on the following Monday, and after hearing the urgency for the need for the second stairlift, gave us a fair and affordable quote and literally the next day he had Brad set up to come to our home and install the additional stair lift. Both Kevin and Brad were professional, courteous, friendly and Dad and I are so very grateful to them for recognizing the sense of urgency for the second stairlift and making sure Dad can safely move up and down the stairs in our 2-story home. Exceptional Stair Lift Company We could not be happier with this stair lift company and the care, professionalism, and compassion they have shown our family. My 90 year old father bought a scooter at NDA in March and the rechargeable battery stopped charging in July. The battery came with a 6 month warranty and NDA handled everything for us regarding battery replacement. A lot of equipment sellers just tell the customer to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues. But the Next Day Access employees at the Bartlett, Tennessee location ordered the new battery and notified us when it was ready for pickup at the store. Great customer service.
