Jason with Next Day Access came promptly this morning to get my stairlift taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about the products and how to take care of the issue. Very customer oriented employee who was very nice and respectful! He’s a ‘keeper!’

My husband is a Navy veteran living with Parkinson's disease and has recently been experiencing falls. All three were true professionals who not only treated us with kindness and respect but also took the time to thank my husband for his military service, which meant a great deal to us. Jason installed grab bars in the shower area and did a great job. He was pleasant, courteous and explained everything. He also assessed our stair situation with suggestions if we decide on making any adjustments at any time. Charges were very reasonable and everything was done in a timely manner.

So thankful for Next Day Access and the team that stopped by to install grab bars and a bidet for our son using the DDS Waiver. It is truly going to be a game changer for his independence and this mom is so thankful! The team was friendly, on time and cleaned up before they left. Love you guys! Shuntay is the best & will get you all set up with everything you need. I have rented a mobility scooter from them on at least 3 different occasions without any problems & Shuntay has been so sweet, polite, & patient with me each time.

Jim knows what he is doing and is very friendly and accommodating with his clients. My client got a stair lift and grab bars which were necessary to outfit their home for senior living. When some parts were missing, Jim put in the extra effort to order and install these pieces in a timely and efficient way. Renee in the office is another plus. She is organized, efficient, and friendly. We got this referral from a senior care store in Colorado Springs. They gave us the perfect referral.

Jeff and his crew did a magnificent job of transferring a ramp from Indiana to Findlay and installing it. I think I went up and down it a dozen times amazed at the freedom I feel since I don't have to deal with the front steps anymore. I love it and I am not dreading winter in the same way. PS, besides that they were amazing in putting up with my 9 year old great granddaughter who just wanted to talk about Harry Potter. Thanks to all of you.
