Update: I wanted to update this review because not only does it shine a light on the incredible compassion these people have, but it's also one of my favorite stories to tell. About 3 weeks after Next Day brought us our ramp, my dad unfortunately passed away unexpectedly. When you rent a long term ramp from them, they do have a 3 month minimum, presumably to cover installation costs, which I understood. They have a business to run after all. So when I called them to thank them again for their help, but once the minimum is met we won't be needing the ramp anymore, they were so so very kind. They took the time to offer condolences, and after crying with me on the phone for a while, I was told to sit tight and wait for a call back. After a short while, they called back and said they wouldn't mind making an exception on the minimum, because they were just about to order new ramp parts anyway, and since ours was barely used they will just take ours back. I still paid whatever balance was left for the 3 weeks we had it (it was only fair), and they came back right away. Their kindness, combined with knowing Dad's ramp was given a new life with someone that needs it instead of just letting it sit outside in the weather did SO much to ease the grieving process. Its been two years and I still think about this company and I cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Seriously, these are such good people, I wish them all the best ❤️ When my father had a surprise above knee amputation and was suddenly wheelchair bound, we needed a quick solution to getting him in and out of the house despite a steep set of stairs at both entrances to the house, and a completely depleted rainy day fund. While desperately searching for answers, I reached out to Next Day Access with low expectations as a last ditch effort to get some help. I am so glad I did!! Throughout the entire process, they were so quick, professional, and most of all compassionate! The ramp was super affordable, and they were so accommodating with the financial problem to make sure Dad got what he needed, WHEN he needed it. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!!

Highly Recommend Next Day Access due to prompt & professional repair service. Office staff and owner were very responsive to my urgent need for repair of a Harmar Pinnacle SL600 chairlift used daily by elderly parent. Owner of Next Day Access personally handled service call to evaluate chairlift due to technician schedule full. He successfully troubleshooted & repaired operating issues in single visit. Because initial telephone diagnostics interview indicated likely issue with batteries, proactive measures were taken to locate and bring applicable batteries to the service call in the event replacements were needed. This action was instrumental in expediting return of safe mobility on home staircase for our parent.
