David and his crew went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out! We had a very difficult walk to try and put a wheelchair ramp on, but he showed up at 7 o’clock in the morning the day of my postop appointment and set everything up so that I could get out safely. The ramp my Aunt had was really nice. Rob was really great on the phone, had Jason and Ernest out right a way to put the ramp up. The neighbors loved the ramp too.

Very nice gentlemen were in and out in under 2 hours, answered all our questions and treated the veteran and caregiver like gold.

Next Day Access of Northeast OH went above and beyond. Working with Todd, Kayla, Chris and Andy to install a ramp from the driveway to the top of their deck as well as a ramp from the deck into the house, my experience was wonderful. I spoke with Todd on a Sunday and the ramp was installed on Monday. The team is compassionate about helping out elderly folks that need assistance. Highly recommend the company.
