Next Day Access is an excellent company. I needed to install a pool chair lift at my community’s pool and required extensive documentation for HOA approval. Geri was extremely helpful, providing all the necessary references, insurance documents, and product specifications to satisfy the HOA requirements. We also had to obtain a building permit, and Geri worked diligently to secure the permit and ensure the project passed the county inspection. The installation required a new concrete pad with proper bonding, and the subcontractors did an outstanding job. They even reinstalled the pavers so that the pool deck looked exactly as it did before the work began. The Aqua Creek Scout Excel pool lift was installed flawlessly and works beautifully. I use it daily and couldn’t be happier with it. I strongly recommend Next Day Access as a professional, reliable company that truly takes care of its customers and responds promptly to their needs.

I was so happy when I got a call from Essence stating that they have a program to help you be safe in your home. I have been needing bars in my shower and was not sure how much it would cost me. Melissa called me from the social worker department and told me of the different things to help and one of the main things I found out was I could have the bars put in at no cost to me through Essence. What a blessing the young man who came to the house were very pleasant knowledgeable and worked very fast. Dominic was so pleasant and so was Thomas. Don’t hesitate and hire Next Day Access. They were responsive, professional, and installation was easy. I did several quotes for wood ramps but the numerous contractors and handy men didn’t return calls, couldn’t schedule for over a month, and some wouldn’t provide a written quote. Dorris with Next Day sent a professional to my home within a couple days, received my quote within hours, and when I was ready for installation, sent someone within 48 hours. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a ramp for your home.

We are glad that we reached out to Drew Jolly and the team at Next Day Access. We had a dangerous DIY style ramp that was a hazard. Drew promptly showed up to our property and assessed our needs. He did precisely what he said and followed up with the quote. The price was reasonable (especially, considering what we received is practically medical grade/commercial durability). We were really impressed on how quick the ramp was set up and dismantled. This is a great option for people in RV parks when needed. The men how but it up were great also.
