Where do I begin? From the owner and his wife to Parker, the whole setup was not only cost effective but the service Parker and the rest provided were second to NONE. Think I’m just saying this because I was forced? Well, they installed a couple of months back and I had it in my calendar schedule and kept pushing this review until today. Parker handled everything including waiting patiently for the doctors prescription long after the stair was already installed. He even call the doctors office multiple times. If you want the ABSOLUTE BEST service and the best price around, ask for PARKER, he will hook you up

I had Jim install handrails in both my baths. He did such a nice job including installing them on a brick wall that others didn’t think they could do, that I subsequently had him come out and install a custom chairlift to fit in my extremely narrow, 100 year old stairwell. It functions beautifully. I highly recommend Next Day Access.

Before I found Next Day Access, I had already called 3 other companies ( but they were based in Laguna, Irvine and Laguna Niguel) and they had nothing available this week( I called in a Monday). Then I called Next Day Access and was happy to hear they were in Anaheim so next door to me. Doris was very accommodating and found me a technician that could come between 9-11 on Wed. The technicians came at 8:55 am ( what a wonderful surprise) and they were both very polite and professional. After determining both my batteries had to be replaced they called around to see if they could locate replacement batteries. They came back in the afternoon to install the batteries and finish the service. I called the office back later to mention that the seat still felt wobbly and Doris made sure that they came back the next day and now my seat is perfect! I recommend this company 100%. My experience tells me that my satisfaction is very important to them and that I am 100% satisfied with the job. They will be my go to for all future needs with my stairlift as the company that installed my stairlift 10 yrs ago is no longer in business. I am so grateful to have found them. I have a Bruno outdoor stairlift.

Matthew from Next Day Access installed a Bruno stairlift for my father at the VA’s request. Everything the VA did for my father was wonderful and top notch, including hiring this contractor. Matthew was professional, courteous, and seemed to be an expert in his field. I am a contractor myself and have been around construction workers my whole life and I know the good ones. Matthew is a great one. He was thoroughly knowledgeable on the work he was doing, very efficient, and kept the job site perfectly clean. He was very polite in answering my questions while keeping to the task at hand.(I often get annoyed when someone asks me too many questions), but he handled me perfectly while sticking to the installation. I even offered to help, but he had his own perfect system and was able to handle the awkward long and heavy parts effortlessly on his own. At the end of job he thoroughly explained the operation to me, patiently answered all of my questions, and even gave me a few “secret” tips to help things go smoother. Just recently I had to take the stairlift apart to move some heavy items upstairs. In the process I accidentally broke what I thought was a $.10 connector. I had forgotten the name “Next Day Access”, so I started randomly calling stairlift contractors. Everyone wanted to charge a $100 to $200 service charge to even come out, and then once they determined the fix would have to order the “$70 “ part and in a couple weeks charge me another service charge to bring it out. When I finally tracked down Matthew and sent him a picture of this tiny connector, he went to his warehouse and found one on an old stairlift and insisted on giving it to me for free. He could have easily changed me $70 like everyone else but his honesty wouldn’t let him. That is amazing customer service! I absolutely highly recommend Next Day Access.

Mathew arrived promptly at the top of suggested time frame. He and his partner went straight to work on the installation and had the stairlift installation process done in under 2 hours. He was very patient in making sure that my wife was comfortable in operating the unit and had her practice numerous times. He offered the added installation of grab bars to make it easier for her to get up the to the landing and the unit. He was very professional and sincere in his approach and that if there was any issue to arise to not hesitate to call for him to return. Highly recommend!!
