I had a laser treatment here to address some old acne scarring about two weeks ago. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous and the service from every staff member I engaged with was incredible. This was definitely the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a med spa and I’ve been to many! Thalia was my technician and she was warm and friendly and took so much time to explain the service to me. I was blown away at how much knowledge she had about the laser and skincare itself. Thalia followed up with me after the treatment and I have had great results from my procedure. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend sovereign skin. Thalia is amazing and will take great care of you!!

Amazing. I definitely recommend this medspa. Every person I spoke to- from emails re booking and questions, to the nurses who provided my treatments- was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I got subcision (with Andre) and co2 laser (Thalia) for acne scars. The location was beautiful and clean. They provided excellent instructions for after care. They were so comforting (I was scared as hell lol) and they made me feel safe and provided little things to comfort me through the process (fan, juice, ice pack, jokes). I was nervous and felt like a baby since they see people come in for way more intense procedures than what I had, but they were so patient and great. I can’t wait to see the final results when I’m done healing and they make sure to be available for questions/ concerns as you heal. I’m sure I’ll be back for more treatments. I won’t want to try anywhere else now. I feel really grateful! Not trying to be rude but all the 1 star reviews I’ve read sound like they’re from very stuck up and self important people that can’t show up on time or want special treatment. Just saying
