After wrecking my car, my dealer referred me to Victor's body shop and I'm glad they did. Robert and the team was awesome. They answered every question and concern i had. The professionalism was outstanding. They even helped me with an insurance issue. My car was ready in 3 days and when i when to pick it up, they had washed it and had it looking showroom ready. I am at a loss of words when in comes to how grateful I am for EVERYONE at Victor's. After an accident, I was left arguing back and forth with the insurance company on whether it truly was a total loss. After a few days of searching and only finding high cost and well-known repair shops, a neighbor mentioned the great work Victor's did for his boss and we planned to stop by to get an estimate. Upon arriving we were immediately greeted and taken care of by Robert. He was able to provide me with options and gave me estimates. Of all of the estimates I was provided by all of these other body shops, these estimates were at a lower cost, yet were exactly what I needed and seemed to be worth the cost. I emailed the estimate to the insurance company, and as promised they sent me a check. I knew without a doubt, based on the customer service and help I received on the first day at Victor's, that THAT is where I was taking my car to be repaired. I set up a date to take it into the shop and it was taken care of within 7 days as promised. The work done was PHENOMENAL all the way to the small details like the screws even! The car came back looking way better than it did before! The Victor's team most definitely went above and beyond to take care of my car. Even taking care of an additional panel. Even before I left the lot, an employee saw that I was leaving and noticed my car was dinged up on the doors and sides (not a part of the repair, just ugly looking) While I was finishing up and paying in the office, he went ahead and took it upon himself to touch up small spots on the car where the paint had come off. Tell me where you can find any customer service like that! I am grateful! The car is back to normal and there are no other folks I would trust to take care of me other than those at Victor's. Their work is cost effective, they're good at what they do, and they know how to run a business. They truly care about their customers and everyone at the shop is down to earth! That's hard to find! Over the years I've taken many of my vehicles to Victor's Body Shop for repairs and they always provided quality work at a extremely fair price. I recently bought a new car that needed some repairs and they were able to get me scheduled in and out in no time. I highly recommend Victor's Body Shop for anyone who looking for a auto body shop.

I would give Victor's 10 stars if I could! They do great work at a fair price. I have had several of my cars repaired there & have referred my friends & family. many of whom are now repeat customers too! Victor's doesn't have a fancy garage but they do a 1st class job!!!

Robert is one of the nicest guys that I have ever met. He really seems to want to be able to help his customers. My daughter was involved in a slight accident and there was damage to the back of the car. His attention to detail was amazing. All the workers are very professional. The car was ready even before he told me it would be. When we went to get the vehicle, it looked perfect. My daughter was thrilled and amazed that they can detailed the car as well.
