Just had my procedure done, absolutely wonderful staff. Cared about my concerns and took great care of me during the transplant. Above all else they made me feel like my happiness with this was their main priority, and they nailed it.

When I first started losing my hair I was devastated, honestly I didn't even notice it at first until it started to become a problem and it did fast. Anyone in these comments im sure knows how horrible that feeling can be. For 2 years I tried to hide it and every day it got harder and harder. I lost a lot of confidence. I had been doing research on surgical options and was overwhelmed and didnt know who to trust. Especially since there is usually a lot of money involved. I promise anyone in these comment sections if you're nervous and unsure this place is where you want to be. Before I had this procedure done I was sifting through these reviews and I took a chance and when I tell i couldn't be more happy. I wish I did it sooner. I wouldn't be posting here if I didnt think this practice deserves it. When I got there Doctor Heinis not only was incredibly kind and reassuring but he did something that kinda shocked me. He recommended against the type of perceudre I was going for to save money since it was cheaper and shifter me twords another out of sheer kindness to minimize scaring and " give me a better esthetic so I dont need to style to hide the scar". He put my surgery, my needs and wants first above moeny which shocked me. Very few people would do that. His nurses and staff took their time and did an amazing job focusing on my comfort. He made himself avaible to contact at any given time and I know for a fact I was definitely annoying with all my questions and panicking but he was always kind and responded. Fast forward when my hair started to come in, the work he did still to this day makes me emotional because I look like me again. I can never truly thank this practice enough for putting me first above the money and on top of that doing a meticulous job, they were very denial oriented. Sometimes I see reviews and I think "that has to be crap" but if you're reading this and you're going though the same thing I did give them a call, though the location might look not orthodox and you're probably nervous I can see that it turned out better than I could have hoped. Not to mention that of all the places I priced, he was the most fair while also doing an amazing job. This place hits all the marks. My advice is not to wait. These guys are the real deal and I wouldn't trust anyone else. All office locations had amazing kind staff. Never been more satisfied about anything. I hope this helps people.

The personal attention, explanation of the entire process, and post operative care was exceptional. Being able to communicate directly to Dr. Chris with any questions on his personal cell phone is a rare service these days. On top of all that, the results were amazing. I would highly recommend the restoration service this team provides!

I had my FUE procedure done a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t have found a better place besides Distefano. Doctor Heinis and his staffs were very caring and friendly. The procedure was very smooth and painless. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I felt very comfortable throughout the entire time. Dr Heinis and his team did an amazing job on my hair, it looks natural, he made me feel comfortable, explained everything very well. I haven’t had anyone even notice or ask if I had a procedure done, feel like I look younger and feel more confident. I had a lot of angst around the process doing research and checked out many Doctors and Dr Heinis and his team made me feel right at home and treated me like family. Dr Heinis checked in on me during the healing process, he’s a really great and honest guy. My only regret is not doing it sooner, make sure you do not go to the other DiStefano, I almost made that mistake, go to Dr Heinis, stay local, get a great procedure, a great price and enjoy!!!

I received a 1500 graft transplant in November 2024. 7 months later, I'm getting my results and I'm very pleased so far. My hair dresser says it's all coming in nicely. The full results will be 12-24 months, can't wait! Thank you for giving me my look and identity back.

Working with Mike and the team here at DiStefano hair group was the best decision I made last year. I got my 1200 graph transplant done in Nov 24’ and have already seen massive results. If you are worried about spending thousands on a hair transplant because you want to make sure you will get the results you want then I highly recommend you go to Distefano MY Results : It’s been about 6 months since my procedure and I have full coverage of my head again. The new hairs are about 2.5 inches in length right now but they were so well blended , it looks like a full head of hair already . When i was trying to decide which place to do my surgery it was very confusing and other places were giving vague estimates. It was also very hard to get certain straight answers or actually talk to the doctors themselves. BUT This place not only gave me a flat price while being very clear on what to expect , even after the procedure any concerns , or questions I had were answered almost always the same day , they also do a personal video for you showing exactly what they will be doing and breaking down every step of the process , can’t say enough good thing about this place .

I had a significant receding hairline that was getting to a place where I needed to decide if I was comfortable just letting it all go or not. I elected to have a 2,000 FUE graft transplant. In addition I was directed to use the Tricomin products as the grafts were healing, which I continue to use to this day. The results overall have been so amazing I swear I have more hair now than I did when I was 16. My barber often comments how impressed he is with the result and it exceeds the results of all his clients that have flown to Turkey to have the same procedure. Hi Dr. Hennis and Cathy, Hope the New Year is going super!! The Dutasteride 5mg. not only regrew my hair it stopped my hair from falling out. I no longer have see-through hair with no volume laying flat in my head as you can tell from the pictures (with no product)my hair has significant volume and density after just a few months. I never went through the phase of shedding maybe that was because I use the Rogaine and the laser hat (every other day with the laser hat). I did try using the Rogaine on my hair wet before I put it in the laser cap every other day twice with the rogaine being used every day twice. You can see from the brush that there was virtually no shedding at all, just hair growth, new hair growth, and more than I could’ve hoped for especially in three months! I had a recent biopsy with Dr. Chris and was unhappy with the location he took the sample because it was in the very front of my hairline. I wrote a scathing review on this website which I am altering because he and I just spoke by phone. As a woman with frontal alopecia, it is quite devastating to watch your hairline receding year after year. After our lengthy conversation, Dr. Chris will now in contact with my primary and they will continue to help me on this journey. For some reason (maybe going back to work too soon) a section of my scalp got infected and Doctor Chris got me back in quick to reevaluate the situation and healed my infection. A few months later he scheduled a second surgery replacing any missing follicles to perfection.., that was very nice of him and he did not have to do that. I just had a hair restoration procedure done this week with 1000 grafts. It was a 6.5-hour process. The nurses, Bree and Bridgette, as well as Dr. Heinis were excellent and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. I felt no pain the entire time except for the initial local anesthetic injections, which is no worse than when I ever got navocaine at the dentist. I wasn't sure if I should have brought a lunch (which I didn't) knowing I was going to be there most of the day, but was happy they informed me as soon as I arrive in the a.m. that they were supplying me with free lunch. Bree and Bridgette worked on me for most of the time and I liked that they were chatty and we had great comradery. By the time they were done I felt I'd known them for months. :) Only time will tell how well the outcome will (need to wait 12-18 month) be, but so far I am happy with my investment.
