I have used Crawlspace Solutions for 3 major projects. My house was taking on a lot of water. 1st project was two sump pumps under my house. 2nd project was french drains to help keep water away from my basement. 3rd project was encapsulation of my basement. All projects were done as promised and on time. I no longer have water issues at my house. Sump pumps and dehumidifier are checked annually to be sure they are running properly. Crawlspace Solutions (CS) did a full encapsulation job for me in 2022. We asked five different companies for quotes. Of the four who showed up, Mr. Weekly of CS was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. He treated my wife and I with respect and answered all of our questions with care making sure we knew what the process entailed every step of the way. It took three and half days to complete the job. The work crew showed up on the day they had said they would begin and on time. Every day, their trucks were in front of my house 10 minutes before shift start. At the appointed time the crew supervisor would come to the door and let us know they be starting. Every afternoon Mr. Weekly would stop by and inspect the work progress. We could not have a more pleasant experience dealing with a contractor. CS did not have the lowest quote nor the highest one, but we knew right away from our personal interaction with the owner Mr. Weekly that we would not be stirred wrong, cheated or lied to. With the money we saved, we had CS install a Radon Mitigation system (RMS) as well. Our crawlspace is dry, and water and humidity our properly diverted and controlled. The RMS is working and controlling emissions as promised. It’s been three years now, and nothing has changed! We receive a courtesy call every May to schedule a yearly inspection in support of the lifetime warranty CS provides. Mr. Weekly and his staff are still pleasant, professional and genuinely care for their customers. In this day and age, it is rare to see a contractor display pride of ownership in their work. I would highly recommend Crawlspace Solutions.

In late 2023, it became apparent I needed to have the crawlspace under my home encapsulated. Water intrusion and humidity were bound to cause problems if left unchecked. I received multiple quotes but only one recommendation from a trusted friend. That recommendation was to call Crawlspace Solutions of Hendersonville, TN owned and operated by Jarrod Weekley. Jarrod himself inspected my home and generated a quote with a thorough explanation of the issues. No hyperbole, just an honest assessment with photos and video he’d just taken during the inspection. Even my untrained eye could see the issues. Water and humidity are the enemy to any foundation, subfloor and flooring here in Middle TN. In our area the average rainfall often exceeds 5 feet (60 inches) per year, so Water is a real threat. Jarrod presented the quote and explained what was needed. Interestingly, none of the other quotes or representatives even mentioned the need for French drains and a sump pump. Jarrod’s price was on par with or better than the others but included dramatically more work with a higher level of effort. I chose Crawlspace Solutions to protect my largest asset and they did a spectacular job! They completed the job in about a week in January 2024. Thank goodness I made this decision because in May 2024, our area received 11 inches of rain in one 24 hour period! Our sump pump and drains worked exactly as designed and removed water from our crawlspace at lightning speed! I don’t want to think about what the crawlspace and foundation would have suffered if we hadn’t encapsulated it!
