Fantastic experience with Home Therapist (Adalberto was our tech) who handled a pretty significant plumbing job for us - converting a storage room into a bathroom from scratch. Cutting slabs, digging trenches, installing a grinder pump + 100’ run, tankless water heater, and then finishing it all out with vanity/bathtub-shower/toilet install!
Not only were they the best price quoted by a lot (7-8 different vendors quoted), but they quickly adjusted to issues and complications without trying to squeeze me for extra money. All of our permits passed first inspection, and they stood by their work. Can’t recommend them enough!

Verified I contracted home therapists to replace my hot water heater. They submitted the lowest bid out of multiple companies, they arrived the day they said they would, pulled the permit, installed the heater within about 90 minutes, and had the inspection scheduled for me. The inspection passed flawlessly the first time the inspector conducted the inspection. I highly recommend using this contractor as they did a marvelous job for me.

Verified Our AC went out on 7-30-2024. We used the app Thumbtack and chose AC Therapist to come and take a look at our unit. John came out the next day and was able to diagnose the problem and gave us 3 options to have it repaired. No pressure just facts. We chose to have it replaced and they were able to come out the next day (8-1) to replace the unit. They removed the old unit and replaced it with the new unit in about 3 hours. Everyone at AC Therapist from the beginning to the final payment were excellent at providing timely updates on the entire process. We are very satisfied with AC Therapist and would recommend them for all HVAC issures.

Verified I did my due diligence, and called four different AC companies. For me, it was all about price, and A/C Therapist came in WAY below (close to 20%) what the others were quoting, so I set an appointment. They were here within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, and went right to work. It took a few hours, but when they were done, I was super pleased with the work performed. They even had to remove a fence panel to get the new unit in, and did not hesitate (at no additional cost).
What really impressed me was the follow up. 5 months later, they let me know they were headed out for a tune up (no cost as I pay $19 a month for continued maintenance), showed up on time, and made no attempts to "add on" beyond what the contract called for.
My one concern? Not one of the three workers spoke passable English, so I had to communicate with lots of hand signals. I would like at least ONE to speak English.

We had concerns about the poor attic insulation in our new to us 104 year old home and the poor airflow in a certain section of the house. The phone representative was very professional and was able to schedule an inspection the same day. The inspector was very friendly and knowledgable and walked me through multiple scenarios to solve our HVAC problems. The installation crew confirmed the appointment early in the morning, showed up on time, were wearing company uniforms, and were very professional and courteous. Even though it was a very rainy day when they arrived, they did a great job ensuring they did not track mud & water throughout our home. All of the required work was performed exceptionally and the crew did a great job ensuring the home was clean before they left. I also really appreciated the great communication from the office staff, the estimator (who I contacted several times with questions), and the installation crew. I highly recommend AC Therapist and plan to continue using them in the future.

Professional, courteous and prompt. I think they go above and beyond for service and maintenance. The young man with Barbaro actually crawled under my home to repair a vent opening in my system…. Not an easy task and the repair was successful. He was very brave to accomplish this. Thank you!!

I rec'd a years supply of special order filters 2/2 to the size of my intake vent. I also had a UV sanitation light installed.

Verified I received quotes from three different companies and am so glad I chose The Therapist. The entire process from the first meeting to the final install was handled very professionally. They stayed in constant communication via text and email and when I called, an actual person answered! I needed a complete system including all new ductwork and when I was told it would be completed in less than a day, I was skeptical. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the crew was incredible. Everyone had a job to do and no one got in anyone's way. It was all finished by 3pm and they cleaned up after themselves so we didn't have to do a thing. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, all attributes I look for in a company.
