If you look for someone that is going to go to bat and fight for you. This is not the law firm to choose. They rarely followed up in a year and almost 4 months. The attorneys are never in the office. I would suggest anyone that reads this to choose another firm. Bonnie is wonderful, she got the ball rolling but on the other end, there is no communication. I received the shaft from my insurance company, I told them that I would not accept the offer back in January. There has been zero communication as what the attorney was doing, if he reached out. I asked for itemized billing and never saw a thing. I finally was done with it all.

Very helpful and friendly Law group, they care about Motorcycist. They understand the recovery process of a wreck. This was my first time ever dealing with a law group, and I was very relieved with the ease of process. It did take some time, but they took care of everything and did stay in touch when something changed wether for the good or bad. Very knowledgeable group, I would definitely use them again. Joe brown definitely knows what he is doing!! I was in a 4 car accident in October of 2024 and was recommended I call ALG before anyone else, even before calling my insurance, and boy was I happy I did! He was so helpful from day one of making sure any injuries I had were reported and then helped me every step of the way with making sure everything was identified and treated. I probably wasn’t one of his easiest clients because I am very particular about my health, but he always pointed me in the right direction and him and his teams helped me get back to 100%. The whole process took about a year, and there were times I felt discouraged (I’d never been in an accident or had a Lawyer before), but I am so happy now that ALG was the place I called first and I would recommend them to anyone who is in a car accident.
