These guys are simply AMAZING!!! I have used them for several GMP-sensitive projects at my Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities, and they have never disappointed. From their ultra-competitive quotes, to their extremely high level of customer service, I really don't have to elaborate on the quality of their work, and how they stand by their repairs (although I have never had to have any of my projects "reworked/repaired"); However, I do know that Align Foundation Repair does it right the first time, and if for any reason further "adjustments or modifications" are ever needed, then they are just a simple phone call away. Call them, leave a brief message if their office personnel are currently assisting other customers, and they will ALWAYS get back to you in a timely manner. Everyone at Align Foundation Repair has been excellent, however, ask for Jason - He's my "go-to contractor" anytime I have an issue that I need addressed at either of my two manufacturing campuses; You WILL NOT be disappointed!

In 2021 we had a surface drain installed in our yard by Align Foundation Repair that extended over the majority of our front and back yard totaling 0.36 acres. The process to obtain the proposal through the installation was seamless, and though we had to delay the installation by approximately three months, AFR honored their proposal. The work was thoroughly explained and completed timely, and our yard no longer experiences drainage issues. I am adding this review approximately three years later because I recently contacted Align Foundation Repair regarding an alleged leak that we assumed was due to a clogged or damaged drainage pipe. Josh Spector scheduled an appointment without hesitation. Upon arrival, he grabbed a shovel because the leak was in the same area as a sprinkler line, and we immediately learned it was a sprinkler line. I appreciate the effort and time Josh took to come to our home. He and Jason are so professional and friendly, and our experience has been positive. While I hope I will not require the need for foundation repair in the near future, we will, without a doubt, contact Josh and Jason. Thank you both for your services and professionalism.

I asked Align to come inspect the pier and beam foundation as precaution since it has been several years of living in the house. Spoke to a very nice woman when I called. Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the email to confirm the appointment. The technician who came was so kind and knowledgeable. And it turned out that he had been to the house when the previous owner was preparing to sell! What a small world. Anyway, nothing needed doing and he reassured me all was well. So at least I have peace of mind too! I will be sure to recommend the company and use them in the future.

Align handled a small commercial building for me. The foundation was moving around in a few places and required work before becoming a much larger problem. They were punctual, factual, clean, and professional. The crew was very careful when digging and manipulating the foundation. The work turned out well and after some rain and heat/drought cycles, the foundation is right were they left it- level and stabilized.

Align Foundation Repair repaired our foundation problems for our home. Their very professional team did an amazing job and had it all done in just two days. It is so nice to see the cracks we had in the walls close up and all our doors now open and close very easily. In digging the holes necessary for the foundation repair. Their team had to dig up some of our long time bushes and two flower beds. When they were done their team put everything back to where it was. All of our bushes and flowers survived just fine.

Had 3 foundation repair companies come take a look after my floor and wall developed a big crack. Align and one other took measurements and both came to the same conclusion that our foundation was good but we probably have a plumbing leak under the slab causing my problem. They could have tried to sell me foundation repair, but they were honest instead. I'll definitely call them again in the future if we do actually need foundation repair some day.

He checked all of our elevations and underneath the house. All was good except while under the house he discovered a leak which now we will get addressed. We used Align Foundation Repair to raise our backyard patio to fix a severe slope due to settling. They used the mud jacking technique to correct the issue and it came out looking great! The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and quickly on the problem and were very meticulous with their work. Once complete, they double and triple checked their work to ensure it was done right. They also left the yard clean with no damage to the grass. Used Align for 3 or 4 rental houses to fix foundation problems and they also put in the mother of all drainage systems at my house. I asked Align to look at signs of foundation issue such as doors won't close and hairline cracks on the walls. The technician was very polite and professional. He used a precision, high tech instrument to map the elevation the floor surface in in the house. He spent an hour and determined there was no need for repair on the foundation but watering around it properly. I am very pleased and appreciate the honesty.
