Junk-N-Haul was amazing. I called them late one evening because another hauling company did not pick up my stuff as scheduled. The owner’s dad answered my call and fit me in the next day. He did an awesome job explaining the process. I am so appreciative of their great customer service and willingness to be flexible. The two guys that pick up my stuff were very professional and quick.
I had a minor scheduling issue when moving out. Called them up to see if they could see me that same day. Not only did they show up rapidly, but the two gentlemen they sent were absolute professionals. They wrapped the job up quickly and cleanly. No hidden fees at the end either. Phenomenal experience with this company. This is the 3rd time I have used them. Their prices are low and their employees are very professional and friendly. Today, they helped me by hauling away items that needed proper disposal and I was not having any luck finding a place to take them. One of the items was in my basement and it was heavy and huge and they were able to carry it up the stairs and haul it out of the house no problem. Thank you guys! I'm sure I will see you again soon for another job.
