After my last horrible bed purchase, I wanted to find the best bed I could find. I stumbled across John Ryan in a glowing review. After looking at the website, I absolutely loved their ethos but was still a bit nervous as I couldn't lay on it first. After deliberating further (for about 2 years) and deciding that having tried my previous mattress in a shop and still ended up hating it. I put my faith in John Ryans passion for all things sleep and oh my goodness, I'm so glad I did. My new bed is A-MA-ZING! John Ryan were hugely helpful during the purchase and my bed was delivered by two incredible guys, who always took their shoes off before coming into my house, took so much care to not bash anything and were so polite and happy. They built the bed, invited me to check I was happy with everything and then took all the wrapping with them. I've had the best sleeps ever in my new bed and no longer wake up with an achy back and my limbs don't hurt anymore (I sleep on my tummy). I had no idea the damage a bad mattress could do. There is one downside though, I REALLY miss my bed when I have to stay away from home!

Excellent mattress very impressed with the quality and comfort. Having read all of the advice on buying a mattress which is available on John Ryan By Design and completing the questionnaire to find our perfect mattress we bought a 1500 Medium Superking and we are so impressed I would recommend it to anyone. Ordering was easy and we were kept informed when it would be delivered. The quality is outstanding and it is so comfortable we are getting excellent sleep every night, why did we wait so long to purchase this I have no idea.

I bought from John Ryan because they offer a money back guarantee which is difficult to find on the high street. I ordered a seconds mattress on a Saturday and received a phone call on the Monday to check that the mattress would suit me. The delivery team contacted me a few days later and the mattress was delivered a week later. I can't fault that process. The mattress itself (Artisan Luxury King) is super comfortable, soft enough for my body to feel cosseted and perfectly supportive so there are no pressure points anywhere from top to toe (I am 5ft 10in and weigh 73kg). Superb service and a top quality mattress. I wouldn't hesitate to order from John Ryan again.

Very happy with our mattress and there is no way we are parting with it any time soon :) I am glad, that I found JR when researching our buying options, I found their website very easy to navigate and full of useful info, plus their customer service answered all my other questions before I decide to purchase the mattress. I do like to do my research before committing to big purchase specially mattress which should last us for many years. Went with Artisan 1500, which was made relatively quickly, delivery company was also very accommodating and they offer recycling of old mattresses, so all went smoothly, lets hope that our mattress will last for many many years to come :)

Received our new base very robust very pleased with it. The delivery people put it together for us that's service. We have their mattress bought a couple.of years ago heavy and robust so comfortable we w ould not go anywhere else now. The staff are so helpful if you phone to ask a question they will help you with everything even what mattress you require for your weight that's what I call service. Thank you John Ryan beds
