Due to some initial miscommunications, the Streamline drain supervisor, Jaden, reached out to me, asking the right questions to ensure he understood the situation and my needs and concerns. He was proactive and provided outstanding customer service; to me, above and beyond. Demarkus (plumber) and Jaden arrived to tackle the job; both very knowledgeable and quite personable :D. They engaged me every step of the way explaining what they were doing (and why), adapted their approach as the situation warranted, and provided valuable advice as to maintaining the drainage pipe. It was truly a pleasure working with them. I certainly recommend Streamline.

Demarkus Crawley! Provided realistic explanations of each service option, educated us on the different systems / types, & was very thorough in reviewing other problem areas in our house. We have an 80s build with those terrible pipes that keep breaking on us. Demarkus was exceptionally kind, very courteous & professional. Would love if he came to help with services again, thank you! As for the company itself, this is our second time using Streamline. They were able to dispatch all techs THE SAME DAY I called. The first time was about 2 years ago as an emergency, (huge leak spraying onto our water heater, could've caused a fire) & today, so the service is still consistent!

We had one furnace installed and we very pleased with Streamline Services. When the second needed replacing we called on several contractors. One was cheaper, we chose Streamline again. It pays to have numerous give estimates. One gave an estimate that was $30,000! Streamline do an excellent job. You won't be disappointed.
