I never expected personal follow-up and proactive updates about my parent's care at home, but Attentive Home Care really went the extra mile to keep me updated (I live in another state). Additionally, their staff was amazing. Both of my parents loved having their caregivers at home, and it eased the burden quite a bit. I would recommend them without a moment's hesitation.

Jennifer and Melia go above and beyond in making sure their clients’ needs are met. They build relationships with their clients and families and compassionately assist in days to day living, improving quality of life and happiness. They have also helped to navigate insurance and changes in care needs. Long term care insurance can be difficult to deal with. These 2 ladies helped so much is getting that taken care of.

They responded very flexibly to fill in gaps, eventually supplying 24/7 coverage. They were very professional and dependable throughout. More than just care givers, members of their staff became friends. I highly recommend their services to any family seeking private duty care for loved ones.

You never think it’s going to happen to you. Your parents are supposed to be the strong ones, the ones who are always there to take care of you. Sometimes life doesn’t work out like that though. Sometimes Alzheimer’s or other medical issues take over before you’re ready. Being in heath care for over 15 years you would think nothing would surprise me at this point. Enter Melia and her BEYOND amazing team at Attentive Home Care - I have never felt more supportive, genuine patience, care, and understanding. Her team makes difficult situations look easy. They are always responsive and address every need or worry as if it’s their own family. Impossible for me to give a higher recommendation. I will forever be grateful for them.
