Matthew and the team at Seymour’s are amazing. Our daughter’s car was trashed by a boyfriend; living a few states away our hands were tied. Contacted Seymour’s and they towed the car to their shop and got to business. Matthew kept me in the loop with what all was damaged, what it was going to cost to fix it and level set with me on where we were standing at all time when it came to the money aspect. Being a parent himself he understood where we were coming from. The team got her car fixed up quickly and we even got a CarFax which was super cool and unexpected. I love the rewards program and know that this will be the only place in San Antonio this car will be serviced at going forward. You cannot beat the customer service at Seymour’s Garage; don’t even try looking somewhere else!

This company is very honest and transparent with any needed repairs. They stand behind their work and have very skilled technicians to quickly identify problems. The owner Matt and service manager Joe are very patient and explain what issues should be done for safety or could be done in the future. Don’t judge this place for its crowded location or because it doesn’t have a new showroom. This is an auto repair place you can’t trust and that is what’s important. Thank you Matt and Joe!

My brother recommended Seymour's Garage and am so glad he did. They not only repaired both our van and truck, they delivered them safely to our home. Matthew and Joe were very honest, knowledgeable, and professional and I felt very comfortable talking with them. It is very comforting to know I now have a garage I can trust and plan on seeing them in the future when I need auto repairs. Truly, excellent customer service.

These guys are amazing. Honestly, they’re probably the best vehicle repair shop that I have ever been to. I have my own mechanic in McAllen but I couldn’t drive it down. Seymours gave me a price upfront for my Mercedes Sprinter fuel filter with an expectation of time. They communicated fully with me on the time that it would take. When it took a little bit more time than it did they apologized and gave me a discount. The way they spoke to me and to the customers and explained everything reminded me of how I run my businesses and how I Explain everything to my customers. Very impressed.
