Zack came by to take a look at my furnace and check a few things, some areas of the house get pretty hot and he gave me a few pointers that make great sence without having to spend a lot more money for a bigger machine. Zack just help me find a better solution to the problem I like that he is very knowledgeable and knows a lot I would highly recommend UMS mechanical systems.

Emily was so patient to answer my questions over the phone and help me understand how they could help me fix my problems and gave me awesome estimates over the phone. When Zach came out the next day he was awesome from the moment he got there until he left. He was patient and so kind and fun with my kids. He was fast and efficient and explained everything he did and what everything meant when he checked it. I will definitely be calling them back for any help that I need! Wow. Once again it’s Zack and Emily to the rescue. AC has been working and then just quit. Zack came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it going again. Easy to make an appointment and I received reminders of the service call. Excellent and well deserved 5 stars.

Matt was a great help with our plumbing problem. He eliminated several possible & more serious reasons for the issue we had, and was exhaustive in the analysis. The final outcome was a simple issue. Matt also answered our questions, and introduced us to other services his company offers, such as providing a bid on replacing our furnace, which is over 30 years old. A good experience with Matt !

UMS was great. They communicated openly. They scheduled me in originally a week out with a dead water heather. We were eager to get hot water back ASAP. I shared my concerns and Vicky was able to work it out to come out on a Friday night to get it done. The technician wasn't even frustrated, but rather supportive. It meant the world that they cared this much to get the job done well and quickly. We had hot water Friday night. I would give 10 stars if I could!
