Honestly this was a really good visit it's my first time going to an emergency center. They were really understanding and kind and helped me get all my stuff taken care of I was in and out in an hour. Great thanks to doctor Hatch and nurse Anthony for soothing my nerves as well Lashonda and Terry. We ended up in the ER after a car accident, and the entire team took incredible care of us from start to finish. In a stressful situation, every person we interacted with was patient, professional, and genuinely compassionate. Terry helped us with all the paperwork and took the time to walk us through everything instead of rushing us to fill it out. That alone made a huge difference because our nerves were still pretty shaken from the accident. Our nurse, Anthony, was extremely professional and attentive. He checked in regularly and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Dr. Hatch did a thorough examination and explained everything clearly so we understood what was happening. He also took the time to ask if we had any questions, which helped put us at ease. And the best for last—LaShanda in radiology was absolutely amazing. She handled the X-rays and CT scan and was incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. Everyone we encountered treated us with care and respect during a very stressful moment. We are truly grateful for the outstanding team that helped us that day.

EVERY PERSON from Terry at the front desk( thanks for the hot tea with honey) to the dr was amazing. I was in this facility from 3:00am worried I would never be able to breathe normally again to noon. I left much better. I was able to rest when I got home. I was also from out of town. I was here on business. Thanks to everyone. I took a pic of MY PEOPLE!!!!

Dr Hatch and Nurse Shasta and the front desk personnel were all WONDERFUL! They got me in quick and stitched up the laceration in no time at all. They followed up the day after to check on me. I give them a 12 out 10!!!! Definitely would recommend it to anyone who needs to see a doctor ASAP!

Best Emergency Room experience I’ve had. I was seen right away, and received prompt care. The facility was clean and new. The doctor had many years of experience and was very helpful. Hopefully I won’t need to be back… but it’s nice to know this is here in case someone were to need it in the future.

All needs met, clean, bright, comfortable environment. Professional friendly & caring staff. No wait even while being busy. Shout out to (Brittany, Sierra Dr Abdo)…..great job!

During the early morning hours of 1:30 a.m until discharge of my Grandmother (101 age) from the time we walked into registration we were welcomed with friendly and Professional Service. I can’t thank them enough for the way they catered to us especially my Grandmother! Big thanks to you all Doctor included you all are AMAZING ❤️🙏🏽

I went there not feeling well and trying to act like I was fine. I Kinda thought I was being extra based off my symptoms. Kaylie welcomed me as soon as I walked in and got me checked in without delay. I just have to publicly thank Nurse Brittany M., Radiologist Tiffany & Dr. Hatch for being the team present that day. All of them heard my complaints, immediately recognized something was wrong and treated me accordingly. I was sicker than I was aware and they didn’t minimize what they saw on my CT scan. It’s hard to find a complete team of genuinely nice, caring people. They definitely picked the right people at this facility. I could go on and on but this was a top tier experience. I was actually glad I chose this instead of a hospital ER.
