Great service always given at German auto. Clear prices and calls if things change. Jeremy is great at explaining things and goes above and beyond. I popped in randonmly a few weeks ago with a coolant light on and he quickly took some time to have a look and topped up my fluid and fixed my problem knowing I had a service book in a few weeks. Its these little things that make customer service so important and is lost in the larger garages.
