This is a rather different review. I cannot tell you much about the experience because my girlfriend had seasickness from the start. But I can tell how helpful and kind the staff was. After she got sick, they offered medicine and warm water. Seeing that it was not enough, they offered us to come to the VIP lounge area and said they can serve the rest of the meal there. They came time to time to check on her and even brought a blanket. I cannot tell how grateful I was to see them doing their best to comfort her. Especially two ladies serving the front deck was extremely helpful. You might or might not like the food or the ship. But no one can say a word about how the staff treats its guests.

Es war eine sehr schöne Fahrt. Das Personal ist super schnell und kümmert sich persönlich um die Gäste. Der Kapitän verbreitet gute Laune und die Musik ist sehr schön. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Besonders die Nachspeisen sind sehr gut gewesen.

Friendly staff, guided me patiently and helped me whenever i felt a bit lost, had motion sickness and they really took care of me and made sure i was okay!

I had an amazing experience on the Royal Albatross during National Day! From boarding to disembarking, everything was so well thought out and seamless. The highlight was definitely catching the spectacular National Day fireworks from the port side of the ship, and the regular fireworks from one of the Sentosa attractions on the starboard side. The atmosphere was incredible, and the views were breathtaking. I strongly recommend anyone who can afford it to go for this unique experience! It's truly worth it.
