Had an absolutely magical evening on the Royal Albatross for their Christmas special dinner. 🎄✨ From the moment I stepped on board, the crew were warm, welcoming and very organised. The ship itself is beautiful and all the festive decorations made it feel like stepping into a floating Christmas movie. The sunset sail, city skyline and cool breeze really set the mood before dinner even started. The Christmas menu was delicious – nicely plated, generous portions and surprisingly good quality for a “tourist” experience. The timing of each course was smooth and we never felt rushed. The live entertainment and little Christmas touches (music, lights, photo spots) added a lot of fun to the night. What stood out most was the service – staff were constantly checking in, offering to help take photos and making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Overall, it’s not a cheap night out, but for a special occasion and a unique Christmas experience in Singapore, it was totally worth it. Would definitely recommend, especially for couples or small groups looking for something a bit different for the festive season.

Tucked away behind RWS Oceanarium lies the sleepy Royal Albatross. However, your world will transform upon stepping onward this luxury tall ship. Most people will know about their curated dinner and romantic cruise with MBS as the backdrop. However, they also serve delicious food for their lunch menu. Definitely worth trying this out if you are tired of the usual commercial restaurants.

We 8 of us all enjoyed our experience on the Royal Albatross. We found that the instructions and pre boarding instructions etc. was plenty. But good. On board. The staff Kate and Rajan were good and helpful. The only thing we found was when the ship was tossed about by waves as there were many boats that passed us by. The crockery, cutlery and glasses were sliding back and forth. We had to hold on to them I am surprised that there was no non slipped mats on the table and under the crockery etc. However the staff were very good and held the tables for us.

The ambience and food was great! The service was even awesome! We have enjoyed ourselves.

A wonderful date night, with fabulous food, drinks and exceptional, attentive service from the crew. Highly recommend. The ship is gorgeous! The resident cat, Captain Willie is a little grumpy but to be fair, I did rudely interrupt him in the middle of his nap to take photos.
