The 2.5-hour sail was filled with a magical ambience—romantic music, fine cuisine, and impeccable service by the crew. Food was delicious and staff were friendly and efficient. We went for the dog cruise, so there were many pups onboard!! Only pity those who booked the cruise expecting a romantic cruise, but ended up with lots of curious and energetic pups instead!

It was our first time doing the sunset cruise here and it was an awesome experience. The staff were all very friendly and nice. Made us feel welcomed and warm . Especially Rallion and Anna, they were exceptional. The 7 course dinner was delicious, with really nice views. It was romantic and we had a great time! would definitely recommend to all ! :)

The food is great, ambience is good and service is amazing! There are indoor seatings with air-con as well. Highly recommended!

7 course meal was worth the upgrade! We loved the boat ride and all of the staff members are super attentive. Girls don’t worry about what shoes you’re wearing they make you take them off before you get on the boat!! Second tip: doesn’t really cool off at all once the sun sets so wear a lighter, airy outfit. No need for layers! If you are celebrating a birthday and tell them on your booking you get a birthday surprise. Only critique is that the desserts are not that great compared to the other courses served!

Wonderful sea cruise for the evening

I would like to commend Anna for her outstanding service during our recent cruise. She was not only attentive but also incredibly warm and thoughtful, making our experience all the more pleasant. My sister had ordered a drink package but only managed to consume four out of eight drinks. Anna was understanding and only charged her for what she consumed. When one of the drinks didn’t taste quite right, Anna was quick to check in and offered to replace it without hesitation — such attentiveness is rare and very much appreciated. On top of that, my mum was feeling unwell due to motion sickness, and Anna noticed this and kindly brought her a cup of warm water to help soothe her discomfort. It’s the little gestures like these that leave a lasting impression. Anna’s friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. She made us feel comfortable, cared for, and valued — and we are truly grateful. Thank you, Anna, for going above and beyond!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday on the Royal Albatross sunset cruise, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. The ship is stunning, the crew attentive, and the views of the Singapore skyline at dusk were breathtaking. The dinner was excellent, with thoughtful touches that made the evening feel extra special. Highly recommend for a romantic and memorable celebration.

The experience was once in a lifetime. 😃 the food was outstanding and we got the baked Alaska as an add on which was amazing. The views of the harbor and surrounding cityscape was awesome.

Our first experience aboard the Royal Albatross was absolutely superb – truly unforgettable! Special credits go to Wee Quan, Jia Yang, Rollins, Anna, and Ani – each of them was simply fabulous. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warmth made us feel genuinely welcomed. These staff members are shining examples of what exceptional customer service looks like. At one point, it began to rain, and the crew members responded immediately and efficiently to ensure every guest was well taken care of – such calm, quick action deserves to be commended! The scenery was breathtaking, and we were lucky to be seated at Table 11, which in our opinion, is the best seat on board! Thank you to the Royal Albatross team for making this such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
