Have lived in Singapore for 6 years and always been keen to try this cruise but only just got round to it. Even prior to boarding, the team were responsive and helpful. Upon boarding, from start to finish, the experience was friendly, great service, attentive, pleasant and overall a thoroughly enjoyable evening. We booked the VIP package for a birthday and truly felt special and taken care of. Thank you crew and staff!

Breakfast Cruise was amazing. Seamless embarkation with minimal fuss. Virtually no wait time for the buffet to open and it is service par excellence. Our needs were catered for and layout was thoughtful. Kudos to the team!:)

Fantastic experience! Would do it again. We had the buffet option for the evening and the food was cooked well. Staff were attentive — helped us take photos at several moments and our drinks were always coming.

Lovely sail on the deck; weather cooperated and so the canvas roof was released for a night sail. Weather was fair, and calm breezes kept us cool once we got underway. Most women passengers wore breezy dresses or knee-length dresses and all appeared comfortable. Staff very good at taking pictures with our own phones, and they knew the best times during the sail to take them, which was lovely as it kept us seated enjoying our moment…. And kept all passengers mostly seated, enhancing safety. Lovely live music, not too loud and not too soft. Attentive staff, some younger members exceptionally soft spoken. Staff sought feedback so I offer “Sometimes the customers are deceptively deaf, so don’t be afraid to speak confidently even if your policy is to not announce the menu to the entire deck when you are intending to address only our table,” ha ha! This sail was the highlight of our trip, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

The cruise members are friendly, always carry a smile and volunteer to help to take pictures, and their pictures are well taken at good angle…enjoy the whole experiences..with nice food and glimpse of light show and fireworks at Sentosa.

I had an amazing experience at Royal Albatross - Luxury Tall Ship. The entire evening felt truly special from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was well-prepared and beautifully presented. You can really tell the quality and attention to detail in each course. What stood out the most was the service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout the whole journey. They made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The sunset view, the breeze, and the whole sailing experience made it feel very special and different from a typical dinner. It’s definitely a great experience for celebrations ! romantic, relaxing, and memorable!!

Our dinner experience on the Royal Albatross was truly wonderful and unforgettable. My husband chose this for its unique dining concept, and it exceeded our expectations. The service crew were exceptionally warm and attentive throughout the evening. We were also serenaded by a live singer, which added a lovely romantic touch to the experience. The staff were very proactive in offering to take photos for us, whether against the beautiful sunset or around the ship which we really appreciated. A special highlight was meeting the resident cat, Captain Willie, an absolute delight for cat lovers like us! As the evening progressed, we were also treated to fireworks from Wings of Time, which made the night even more magical. Our 7 course dinner was delicious. The entire ship was kept clean and well-maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout the 2-hour dining and sailing experience. It’s definitely a memory we will cherish for a long time.
