Alex and his team are kind and courteous, and offer incredible service and reliability. We recently had a minor fender bender getting out of our driveway, and Crash Fix went above and beyond to make our vehicle whole again. We called more than 20 LA area-based collision repair shops, and Alex offered a competitive price and included a minor repair at no additional cost. Crash Fix completed the repairs within the timeframe they provided and were extremely kind to my wife. I only mention this because several other repair shops she called/visited to get a quote were pushy with her and treated me differently when I reached out to them. Alex responded very quickly and gave me multiple quotes but ultimately needed to see it in person. He did give me a price if the door can be worked on or if the door had to be replaced, which I really liked. No surprises when I showed up. In the end, the door needed to be replaced and I agreed. I thought it would be a more seamless process. Alex went ahead and gave me a quote for a brand new door to be installed and paint matched. A very affordable price, but he also recommended a used door if I wanted to save more money (paying out of pocket). It really showed that he was looking out for the customer! Ultimately, I went with the used door. They found one in my exact color, just needed to be worked on a bit. Dropped my car off on a Thursday, and received it the following Monday. As you can tell from the photos, looks like it never happened! Doesn't look like a used door at all. Definitely recommend CrashFix for any work on your Tesla, especially if it's coming out of pocket. I was a bit worried I was going to pay an arm and a leg to get this fixed, but that wasn't the case thanks to Alex and his crew.

You have found the best body shop I have ever dealt with in LA. Someone hit my car a few weeks before moving interstate. I was pressed for time with the insurance claim/state of my car. Amazing turn around time and the communication had between the mechanic, painter and Shop assistant was outstanding. I had a left quarter panel scrape on a frontier 2023, that was pretty big . Thankfully, These gentlemen buffed and repainted the area in question in a few hours!!! They brought out the vehicle for inspection multiple times to ensure quality and the current stages they are in. Beautiful work and honestly priced
