Wife’s view. I don”t often write reviews, but Elite Roof and Solar did an exceptional job under the watchful eye of market area manager Andy Wohl. Andy gave us a detailed description of the procedure and he was onsite during the roofing, again providing us information about the procedure and the materials used. I had expressed my concerns at the preparation meeting between us and Andy and his boss, Ross Erickson. I was very concerned about all the bushes and plants that could be damaged as old shingles come sliding off the roof. Andy understood my concern, and took pictures of the plantings near the house. The morning of the actual roofing the crew put huge tarps on the edge of the roof to the ground. The tarps covered everything. Andy put tables over some of the flowerbeds. The amazing crew threw the old shingles on a cemented area. Afterwards, nothing was damaged. Thank you Andy and Crew. The roof looks beautiful. From the highest quality roofing material we chose Andy's recommended color. It complements the color of our house perfectly. We are so pleased. Thank you all.

Husband’s view. We have been homeowners for 60 years, in the north and mid-south, and have had many contractors including roofers. Elite Roof and Area Manager Andy Wohl are unquestionably the best of them all. My summary is simple: promises made, promises kept. Andy promised to protect landscaping, he and Elite did including with executive-level participation in planning. Andy promised to personally supervise, he did. Andy promised experienced workers, they were, and it shows in the professional result. Andy promised a one-day job including cleanup, it was, with Andy personally helping. We are more than satisfied.

The gutter installation crew showed up promptly. They were very courteous. They completed the job in a timely manner and left the work area clean of any debris. They did a fantastic job.

Elite Roofing took care of a few areas that experienced water leakage. Initially we had a site visit by supervisor Jake. He was through by checking out the entire roof. With photos he highlighted problem areas. A good report on the needs and a clear break out of repair and costs. The repairmen, Eugene, was excellent. Arrived on time, gave me a progress report half way thru and then again at conclusion of the work. Overall very easy to work with the company personnel and that includes the office staff. Would recommend them for any roof work.

We had a tree fall on our home above our child’s bedroom. Andy made room in his busy day to make our home a priority. He came out the same day and protected our house from water damage, explained everything clearly, and with a great deal of knowledge. Truly the best experience with a roofer or contractor I have had. Could not recommend more.

THAT is how an inspection and consultation should go!!! Lowe's Hardware put me in touch with Elite and I'm glad they did. Elijah was on time professional, informative and courteous. He took pictures on the roof and went over them with me showing me areas that I might need to be concerned about down the road and was honest when he said he didn't feel that there was anything that needed to be done immediately. Let me tell you, that kind of honesty goes a long way. Most other companies will try to sell you things you don't need but even after driving all the way to Mount Airy from Winston Elijah was still straight up and said my roof was fine. When the time does come that'll be the only person I call. What a great experience!

I strongly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. Sales representative Neil "Elite" Milroy excels in communication and ideas. I needed roof repair,turbine fans replaced and gutters. With Neil's guidance i did not have to replace my entire roof and was able to get my project completed within my budget. Technicians Chad and Hunter did a superb job and completed it in one day. Elite Roof and Solar was well represented by these three professionals.
