The best experience I’ve ever had at a shop.as a rule. I get nervous when one of my cars need repair, .Ahha-Lia and Preanna not only made me feel welcome but comfortable also. The owner and Mechanic's gave my Mini a full look over using state of the art equipment they did find a potential ,problem, gave me an estimate and I plan to return to Fox Motors to have that problem corrected. I left there with under. $70 for complete inspection and diagnostic . I would give them 10 stars if I could..

I brought my 2012 Mini cooper in expecting the worst . They did a full diagnostic and it was fine. They did find a potential problem that I will have them fix. Had some issues and warning lights on my son’s 535i that had me thinking I was going to have major transmission issues and a very costly repair. Turned out there was some battery and under voltage issues along with some valve/gasket leaks. They were able to fix everything and get us rolling again for a couple grand which was much better than expected. Great customer service by Ahja-Lia as well allowing us to pickup after hours before the weekend. Honest and fair service!

My husband has brought his 2005 BMW Z4 3.0i to Fox Motors several times for suspension and engine work. He is impressed with the clean work environment and the expertise of all of the technicians that have serviced the car. Everything has been done right the first time and on time. Car loaners have been furnished without any hassle. The pricing is far better than any dealership he has dealt with since owning the vehicle. OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts are used where available thus making sure of compatibility with the original design intent.

Brought my Z4 35i in for annual servicing and tire rotation / balance. They provided a free inspection and found a couple of serious leaks. I had no idea of the problem and they showed me exactly what they had found, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They provided a loaner vehicle and completed the work on time and at a very fair price. There was absolutely no pressure. The owner, Alexander, and the service writer, Ahja-Lia, are very professional, great communicators with a great communication system, easy to talk to & friendly. All of this to say that my wife and I are very comfortable bringing our car to this quality service center and you will too.

Took it in for issues with my battery. Expected it to cost about $700. However, after their inspection of my car. The final cost was $8800. Now to most this may come across as a problem. But, to be honest, I glad they found the issues with vehicle, it could have been much worst. I’m glad I found these guys. They came as a recommendation of my BMW guys in Atlanta.

I have found my “Go To” BMW Service shop. Fox Motors diagnosed my problem and implemented a coding software fix to prevent further problems. From the efficient Service Advisor, Augelia, who doubles as the Receptionist, to the Service technician, the job was done very quickly and neatly, and at a very reasonable price. All around it was a wonderful experience!!!

Full inspection that was waived since I did repairs there. Found problems bmw themselves hadn’t pointed out so I’ll have to have a convo with my service advisor there. Anyway they are a reliable and more cost effective alternative than the dealership.

As mentioned, Ahja-Lia is very pleasant and welcoming! My first (but definitely not my last) time here. The site is clean and comfortable for waiting, which I can’t say for other shops in the area. It’s okay to wait here.

If you are looking for a BMW service group that you can truly TRUST, this is the place! I could not be more thankful for the professionalism and expertise that this group provides all of its customers. Since moving to the area about six months ago, we have used them for basic oil changes to replacing the random blown radiator hose or two and even replacing motor mounts. However, it is the very well documented and photographed inspection process that has brought some serious maintenance issues to light that if not addressed in a timely manner, could lead to catastrophic failure. After replacing a couple of radiator hoses and returning the car to us on Thursday afternoon (after the car was towed to another shop late on a Sunday night, only because the tow truck driver wanted $350 more to take it to Fox due to the late hour, and that shop trying to take advantage of us which led to me having the car towed to Fox on Tuesday morning), when we got home we found some fluid on our driveway that just did not look right. Ahja-Lia helped us again and with some FaceTime, we were able to share what was happening in real time. She and the team went above and beyond for us and a mechanic stopped by our house on his way home to check on the car to determine if we should drive it or not for fear of breaking down again. I was blown away but beyond thankful. When he arrived and performed a pressure test and visual inspection, he determined it was safe to drive and wanted me to bring the car back to the shop in the morning so they could look at everything once again in the shop. So,,,,I did just that. I was at the shop first thing in the morning, Ahja-Lia coordinated everything just as she said she would and I was out of there within an hour of opening. This shop has a customer for life and I will forever recommend them to anyone and everyone I come across that is in need of BMW or Mini repairs or routine maintenance. Many, many thanks to EVERYONE that is a part of this Service Group!!!

It is hard to trust an auto service center after dealing with so many that scam you out of money. I have to say, Fox Motors has gained my trust. My experience with this place was exceptional. My wife and I were traveling from Miami to Tampa and then on to Cary, NC. We were on i75 around Bradenton when we heard a crack and the engine started running with less power accompanied by some crackling. Immediately the car displayed a drivetrain output error. This was Thursday night just before the NYE weekend. We nursed the car to our Tampa destination and researched local BMW service shops. BMWService Group was quite well ranked so we showed up 8AM sharp on Friday morning. Being used to the large operation that Braman Miami is, we did initially wonder if this smaller service shop was right for our car. We needn't have worried. To begin with, Ahja-Lia welcomed us warmly and took down our info, including the extended warranty data. The mechanics (ex-BMW employees) entered the car into the shop, diagnosed the problem, quoted the repair and proceeded to call the extended warranty company. They got the authorization and proceeded to service the car. At that point we left and maintained contact over text. One sensor had to be overnighted and would be installed on Saturday. We got a text Saturday at 2PM saying the car was ready and that the key was in a lockbox. We picked up the car and continued our trip North a couple of days later. The 9 hour drive was a perfect litmus test on how well the car was repaired. It was PERFECT. Also, the repair has a 2 year warranty through a web of associated shops. I am therefore very pleased to Highly Recommend BMWService Group based on our experience.

Drove our BMW 750li from Miami to Tampa. The very next day, the car began to sputter, stall & smoke 💨. We were completely mesmerized, thinking where in God’s name would we find a superb BMW Service Center. I googled the entire Tampa area & Fox Motors impressed me the most. Towed the car there & they diagnosed the issue within an hour. Turns out it needed fuel injectors, ignition coil & spark plugs. They completed the repair and all I can say is WOW!!! This was my first time at Fox Motors. I was very impressed! I had some work done by a local mechanic (not a BMW technician). He replaced my driveshaft, clutch, both real axles and manifolds. Before the repairs my Z3 was running great, I just had a very loose shifter which is why I took it to the mechanic to see if he could fix it. He found a problem with my clutch which was grinding a little when going in reverse and a worn driveshaft. When I got the car back it had a loud noise he said was from a cracked manifold. So I had him fix that. Afterwards the car was running rough, noisy, vibrating a little and has a very small oil leak. I decided to have a BMW tech evaluate the work that had been done as I was getting a lot of excuses from the mechanic that did the work. The Fox Motors tech did a thorough check and texted me a detailed message of what he found with pictures included! Also had comments on what he found needed to be done or corrected. All a courtesy check-up. How's that for service!! I had my oil changed and was out the door within a little over an hour. I'm waiting on the quote to have all the issues corrected. I plan to have them do whatever it takes to fix the problems so I can enjoy driving my 2000 Z3 again. I'll report back after the work is done and give an update. UPDATE: I had Fox Motors replace some belts, motors mounts, oil pan (which previous mechanic had cracked), and they tightened bolts he had left loose. Had them tune up the car and it's back to running break. Can't say enough good things about Fox Motors and their crew. Excellent work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Half the price of the dealer. You do give up a few perks - a fancy waiting room, loaner cars, having your car washed, and weekend hours. For the thousands of dollars you save it's worth it. I would have liked to hear from the mechanic about the state of the car and what they see as coming due.
