Großartiger Abend mit fantastischem Essen. Outstanding war der Service.

My girlfriend & I ate here last night. Such great food & really warm hospitality. One of the best meals we have ever had. Really impressed!

Me and my husband came here for Sunday lunch Wow we had beef with veggies and Yorkshire pudding lovely gravy and the stuffing was exceptional with a fruit drip dressing and crackling. Never tasted anything like like it was delicious. Then we had sticky toffee pudding afterwards OMG that was something else entirely beautiful. I recommend coming here the food is fantastic the atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very friendly.

Lovely pub, welcoming and warm. Plenty of spaces around the tables, doesn't feel like you're all squashed in. Beautifully decorated, with a little chill area around an open fire, such a cosy pub ! Quite possibly the best Sunday lunch I've ever had ! Beautifully presented, hot and tasty. You know it's good when everybody around the table suddenly goes quiet 😂 The puddings were all super tasty, especially the sticky toffee pudding. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning, it was so worth it ! Brilliant food and great service. No photos taken of the food unfortunately, it was an unplugged family meal 😂 plus the food didn't stay on the table for long enough anyway !

Cannot fault The Moody Cow! We had the Valentine’s Day three courses and wow everything was cooked perfectly and star of the show for me was the champagne and raspberry posset out of this world. We love this little gem and will definitely be back soon!

My partner and I have been here a few times for either food or just drinks. The owners and staff are the most friendly and attentive people you could wish for, the food is excellent and the pub dogs (especially C) are adorable. The pub itself is extremely well presented with interesting items hanging from the beams -including a Raleigh Chopper. I’d highly recommend a visit.

Great food, great staff.

The most fantastic meal I ha e had in a long time. The ribs were fantastic, but then everyone at the table loved their meals too. The service was fantastic and we will absolutely be back

Food is okay but extremely over priced for what it is. Seems more like pub food than an expensive restaurant. One of us ordered the "steak" salad- was literally just salad leaves and 2-3 tiny pieces of dried up meat: £14! Portions are small and do not warrant this pricing. During our visit, I accidentally dropped a bowl of chips and was offered a replacement, to which I accepted, only to find I was charged extra! Not what I wanted seeing as I was visiting on my birthday... Service was okay but found it annoying how the waiter was incessantly trying to upsell us, asking if we wanted vegetables with our mains, but leaving out the fact that you had to pay extra for these.

Wow! What a place. The staff especially the owner couldnt have been more pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent. The pie is a must! The atmosphere, everything about it was 5*. A joy! Ill be going back
