They were super responsive replying to my email enquiry within just a few hours and managed to repair my jewellery and provide a valuation a couple of days later—such an impressive turnaround! Russell’s expertise on diamonds is incredible; what he doesn’t know about diamonds probably isn’t worth knowing! He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. I had a diamond ring left to me by my dad that had been given to him by his dad and given to him by his dad (so it has passed through 4 generations) The diamond was in reasonable condition but the ring and setting were in a very poor state - so bad that the diamond could easily have fallen out I took the ring to Russell and asked him what he could do. We came up with a couple of ideas to allow the diamond in the ring to be we worn everyday given the sentimental importance it had to me and my mum. Russell created a new ring and setting for the diamond and at the same time he created a new "pinky" ring by using the gold from the original ring that contained the diamond (my great grandads) + my dads wedding ring and a ring that my wife had given to me for my 40th. I picked up the diamond ring a few weeks ago and picked up the "pinky" ring today To say I am over the moon with both is an understatement - I now have 2 rings that have huge sentimental value to me and 2 rings that are absolutely incredible. I've been wearing the diamond ring for a couple of weeks and have had 5-6 people in the office ask if they can look at the ring and setting in more detail as it is so striking. With the pinky ring Russell videod himself melting my 3 rings and creating the pinky ring - over 3 hrs of footage which he has shared with me. Hopefully the shortened video will be uploaded as you will then be able to see a true master at work. All that is left to say is thanks Russell and team - you knew how important the rings were to me and you have done an incredible job

I visited Lord Jewellery this week to get some advice about a ring I'd purchased that needed sizing and I had the pleasure of meeting (and being helped by) the owner, Russell. As well as giving me some very helpful advice we got chatting more generally about the in-house workshop and how their stunning jewellery is made on site. It was clear from the outset that Russell’s knowledge and expertise in the world of jewellery is second to none and his passion for doing his very best for each customer shines through.
