Been dealing with Rox for a few years now and they are fantastic to work with. A few years ago they put in my furnace. This past month they put in a new A/C with heat pump. Raphael walked me through all the details and John was the lead on the install. Both were easy to work with, very helpful, very clean, very thorough. Loved them. Highly recommend! Update: Garrison from rox came by as part of fall maintenance to make sure everything on my new heat pump and AC and furnace are all working and he made some adjustments and spent ample time testing everything and answering my questions thoroughly. He was the one who originally set up my system for me with my furnace a few years ago and I love his thoroughness. Great guy to work with who clearly knows his stuff and enjoys his work. ROX installed a new HVAC unit in our house in early 2024. The whole team (office staff, installation crew, etc) did an excellent job during the whole process. We have been very happy with our system including the follow-up visits to make sure everything is still operating well.
