We had 2 custom tiled showers completed by T-roc this fall. They were very friendly and always here when they said they would be. The communications were set up via text and responses to our questions were promptly answered. The project was completed for a price that was very close to the original quote with very few change orders. The few issues that we had were dealt with positively and professionally.

T-ROC recently completed a three bathroom renovation in two condo units for us. This was a complicated project and T-ROC managed it well, communicating with us proactively, and resolving any issues immediately. The finished bathrooms are stunning! TROC conceptualized our kitchen and main floor reno. Our project manager Cesar was exceptional - responsive, flexible, and reassuring throughout the process. If any issues were identified they were promptly resolved. The project did take longer than expected and billing was mostly as expected. The finish selections offered by TROC were a bit limited but this was actually helpful because it did not overwhelm. When we wanted to customize or change the finishes, TROC was open to that to ensure we were happy with the final product. The TROC team willingly shared their expertise and communication was excellent.

Cesar was a pleasure to work with, very reliable and prompt with responding to all of our concerns, even after the job was finished. All the specialists he hired were professional and helpful.

You dont usually hear the phrase pleasurable experience when it comes to finishing a basement, but T-ROC made it feel that way from the first visit. They say to trust your gut, and I knew from the start that this was the company to go with. Ive used one of their painters before and saw he was wearing a shirt that said The Renovators of Canada on it and asked if he did basements or knew anyone that did that he would recommend. He immediately said T-ROC and he had David reach out to me. David showed up right on time, if not a couple of minutes early for the consult, and listened. He was professional, calm, and answered all of my initial questions. He scheduled a time for us to review the proposal for the following week. He took his time to go through line-by-line, answered my questions, broke down the phases, the costs, etc A small deposit was all that was required to secure the job, I wasnt financing the entire thing out of the gate. In fact, David even said to me that if a company asks for a large deposit, run. Stayed on budget, was exactly the amount proposed, everyone was truly professional, punctual, clean, and so nice to work with. An absolute pleasure. Our home is complete.
