A Lings have serviced and repaired my central heating system over the last couple of years. The office are friendly and efficient. For example, whilst booking an emergency repair they noticed the annual service was due and arranged to carry it out at the same time. Danny who came to carry out the work could not have been a better ambassador for the company. Danny is friendly and efficient sorted out my emergency repair and gave me lots of useful advice. Grant and Kye came to access a recurring water leak on our property. This was done over 2-days and they did a fantastic job. From the minute they turned up they were determined to find the leak which they did after removing a huge amount of soil, paving and concrete. During the excavation they found an extra damaged soil pipe which they also repaired. The weather was not on their side but they continued to work through the rain and they were covered in mud from head to toe! They finished the job in the dark at 7.30pm with the leaks fixed, our water back on and the hole back-filled. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After three long weeks of drainage and bathroom issues and multiple people/companies coming out who simply couldn’t fix the problem, we were at our wits’ end, then Trevor & Dan came in and everything changed. From the moment they arrived, they brought calm, clarity and real expertise. They took the time to properly assess the situation (not just patch it up), explained everything clearly, and approached the job with a level of knowledge and efficiency that immediately inspired confidence. Within a short space of time, they’d diagnosed and fixed what no one else had been able to resolve. What really stood out, beyond the technical skill, was their manner. Friendly, kind, professional and genuinely invested in helping us get back to normal. They went above and beyond, offering advice and reassurance throughout, and never once made us feel like “just another job”. After weeks of disruption, they quite literally gave us our home back. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Dan was excellent he came out diagnosed and repaired my boiler that was having issues by the next working day very knowledgable and helpful.

I called A Lings Group to check an ancient gas fireplace we discovered when removing our chimney breast. They sent Mark, a gas safe engineer, at a time and date that suited me. Mark was very polite and knowledgable, he removed the gas fireplace safely and quickly, and happily answered any questions we had. I will definitely be using A Lings Group again, and highly recommend them. Thank you A Lings Group. *UPDATE* I booked A Lings again to install a new combi boiler system, fit new radiators, and move my soil stack to the outside of the house. We were swiftly provided with a competitive quote and had their drainage division booked in to start work the next working day. Whilst the soil stack was being moved there were engineers removing old and fitting new radiators, asking me lots of questions so they understood exactly where and how I wanted them. Jak did a really neat job chasing out a wall to hide pipe work, and made great recommendations for a lovely looking finish on our vertical radiators. Once the soil stack was moved we could have the new boiler installed in that spot, this was the icing on the cake. Our hot water now comes out clear and our radiators heat up nice and quickly! Overall the team’s customer service was brilliant, my satisfaction with the job was very important to all of them, and we are super happy with all their workmanship and the final result.

I can’t recommend Ola highly enough! He came to replace my cistern after it broke and started leaking, and from start to finish he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Not only did he fix the cistern perfectly, but he even went the extra mile to fix my wobbly toilet seat—something I wasn’t expecting at all. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who is so thorough, reliable, and genuinely pleasant to have around. I’ll definitely be using A Lings again in the future.
