This product can change your life. If I could give this more stars I would. The convenience of having a cold pod outside my back door has changed my life. I was diagnosed with pancolitis, manifesting as months of uncontrollable diarrhoea, aching joints and fatigue. Within a week all these symptoms have dramatically improved.The pod itself is very easy to put up, fill and most importantly, get in and out of. It is surprisingly spacious for how little room it takes up.

Excellent choice We are really pleased with this cold pod. We have the small size and is plenty big enough for my husband to fully dip in to. It's been used several times a week since January and is still in as good of condition as it was when it arrived. Very sturdy which was one of my concerns. The only negative i have is the lid dips/sinks a bit in the middle when covered, but this isn't a problem at all i just feel it would have looked better if the lid was firm on top. it makes no difference to the use of the pod. A great choice at an excellent price point.

Great pod! I bought this after attending a Fire and Ice event where they taught you how to cold dip effectively. This pod is perfect for home use. I have it in my back garden and it doesn’t take up much space. Didn’t take too long to fill and water stays put. The lid with the drawstring stays nicely in place and the pod insulates well.When getting in and out the pod is sturdy and there’s more than enough space inside. I’m 5’8” and it feels roomy and comfortable. The inflatable ring at the top makes it extra comfortable.Would highly recommend.

Excellent. I bought the bigger one, 90 cm. Excellent product, I am very happy with it. I already used it. I cannot fault it at all. I would highly recommend it. For the record: I started to use it when I started my 3 days sardine/mackerel challenge. The result was 2.2 lb (1kg) weight loss after 24 hours. About the cold bath: at first I just stepped in it, then I got out after few seconds, then I put my arms in the cold water, then I stepped in again. I repeated it few times, until I realised that I couldn't feel the cold anymore. Then I started to sit down gradually. I still cannot believe that I was able to do that.:)

An easy 5* across the board This won't be the best water bucket to sit in. It seems a lot of money for what it is but that's reality. If you're not rich then just get it. You won't be disappointed. I fill mine using plastic ice blocks and water bags from my freezer. Easy peasy. Epsom salts to extent water clarity @ £2 a kilo if you search hard enough.

Husband and son love it I was torn between the smaller pod and this one but really glad we went for the bigger one. Husband and son are 5'10" and medium build but this is roomy enough sit down cross legged. I'm not brave enough to try so I'll have to take their word for how good it is!!

Goofquality and solid - does what it says on the tin I bought this mid november and have been using it ever since, it was on arrival well packaged and the deign is nice, the materials are of a good quality. Great Product, Excellent Customer Service Mainly want to do this review as the customer service they provide is fantastic - the top cover of my cold pod was gusted off in the wind overnight last week, considering I live in the countryside who knows where it ended up - I contact the seller, they reply and ship off a replacement cover that arrives the next day.I’ve only used the cold pod once, but it seems to do the job - drainage system works pretty well, not the material I expected but is sturdy when filled with water so can’t complain :)

Lid has mesh hole so dirt and rain water gets in - UPDATE BELOW Update- Company got in contact and have since offered a lid without the mesh holes and a refund. Very quick communication and issue resolved, very happy nowOriginal - Product is okay overall but the lid has a mesh hole in the middle, so whenever it rains all the rain water and dirt that collects on the lid from being outside washes straight into the water inside, very poor design, not sure why you would put a hole in the lid which is meant to keep dirt out? Other that that the product is ok but doesnt seem very insulated as the description states.

The Cold Pod exceeded my expectations, worth every penny! The cold pod is the perfect product for cold water therapy. It is easy to set up and more importantly, easily maintained. It can be put pretty much anywhere and is the perfect size to cold plunge comfortably. I have been using this to aid with recovery and it has already worked wonders helping me to speed up the recovery time from marathon running and other high intensity activity. I have tried a few other products on the market around the same price point and they simply don't compare to the cold pod. Other products I have tried have been easily damaged when set up or have had issues with too thin material that easily punctured when moved around but the cold pod is noticeably more sturdy and a higher quality product from what I expected from its price point. The little touches, such as the nice carry bag to store the product and the pump included to help easily set up the product with the helpful instructions show that the cold pod have really thought about the users experience. Highly recommended, 5/5 stars.

Must Buy After purchasing the cold pod I can honestly say I love it! It's the perfect size for me to take the cold plunge. The best cold tub I’ve owned From the Moment I got this tub it was brilliant, it was well packaged, nice little touch to have a carry bag with it, it was super easy to assemble, as well as being easy to assemble it’s really robust and durable, the quality it really good and the thermal cover does exactly the job it’s designed for, also having the outlet tap on the side to empty the water is an excellent idea and makes it easy to drain, you even get supplied an extension tube so you can drain it straight into the sink or drain (no need to just empty it on the floor) I’m 6ft and 18 stone and the size of this tub is perfect for me. this is a firm 5 star review of this product

Best Cold Water Pod Got to be the best cold water pod I've used. It is the easiest thing to set up, the little pump makes it easy to inflate the ring around the top and feels really durable. I bought this for the winter, the thermal cover fits tightly over the top to keep bugs out and is really sturdy. The material feels much thicker than my old one.I'll be using this after the gym/runs 3 or 4 times a week to aid recovery, I've found this an amazing relief for tight muscles and needed less foam rolling and massage after runs. Thoroughly recommend!

I will buy another one in the future once this one needs replacing.Only small issue with the lid, that it fills with water when in the rain. Have made my own insert to make the lid stand up so the rain runs off it. If this could be improved, this would be a perfect buy.

Great product! Easy to assemble I loved the easiness of assembling it. Straight forward. I didn't realise the blow up was a one way valve so I mess the head rest up but I have since corrected it. My stupidity not the pods. For the price it's well worth it. The drainage valve is straight forward and the material is easy to clean once emptied. Can't fault. Does everything I need it to. Im 6ft and go to the gym, so im a stocky bloke, and there was plenty of room in the 320l tub for me. Thanks guys!

Cold Pod I initially bought the normal size cold Pod as reading the description it fits people up to 6ft 7, I am 6ft and 220lbs. I bought the pod for a number of reasons, I have had a knee injury and also the well being benefits which the cold has to offer. I did my research and this cold pod had the best reviews and the customer service seemed very good.The normal size pod arrived and the materials were of good quality. It was very sturdy, the only very minor issue was the extendable plastic hose split which wasn't a suprise as this is very thin plastic. I used the pod but it was uncomfortable on my knee due to the size of the pod, it was quite restricted when inside. I am in the process of sending this back.I saw the deal on Amazon for the XL version, so I bought this and I have used this once. It is so much better for me in terms of size, it doesn't feel restrictive, and you can sit so much more comfortably inside. I was really pleased with it but I did notice the blow up ring became deflated after two days, it clearly has a leak of some kind. I now have to contact the company to get a replacement as the deal I received on Amazon is no longer valid. This is hard to review as the materials seemed very good quality and I have only used the product once. I would say if anyone has any concerns with the size go for the XL version.UpdateSo I made contact with the Cold Pod company who couldn't not have done more to help me out and to resolve the issue. I am so impressed with the customer service, with how quick they responded and how helpful they have been, they have been faultless. Overall the quality of the product seems very good. Great Value for Money After much consideration i purchased this. I am six foot and i can easily sit in it up to my neck. It doesn't stay particularly cold but it is 'insulated' so stays down to roughly 20C in hot weather. has been as low as 15.5C in colder weather. Solution - add ice. It is not a potable container so water starts to become 'milky' after c. 5-7 days of daily usage. Solution: add four capfuls of Milton to water when filling. This will keep water clear for twice as long. Then clean thoroughly using Milton once every two weeks (empty, clean with 2 capfuls Miton to about 1 litre of water. Rinse. Refill). It is not 'portable' other than you can empty it and carry it. But given it takes around 20+ minutes to fill using a hose you ain't gonna take it somewhere and fill it. ALso, i put a piece of 10mm closed cell foam underneath the entire base plus some extra to stand on. Otherwise unless it is on a 100% clean, even, surface it is going to get punctured. Bear in mind this has 320kg of water in it plus your body weight. So really needs an underlay to protect it. Closed cell foam was c. £50 but i bought a bigger than needed piece so would reckon of £40. End of the day does what it says on the tin and for the money it's not bad. You get what you pay for.

Best cold pod I have used a few cold pods and this one has been the best - ease of assembly, drainage, simplicity and quality.Its inner sides are soft and slightly cushioned making it pretty comfy when inside.Perfect size for me - 6ft 4.Nice packaging too.

Great product We set up the Cold Pod over the weekend, it’s super easy to set up and comes with a bag to store the cold pod when not in use. It’s surprisingly roomy and pretty quick to fill up. I had my first dip tonight and I actually enjoyed it (once I was in!)

Very good quality product! I’ve put off buying a cold pod for ages thinking it would be high maintenance but I was so wrong! I’m so glad I finally went for it! Installation was super easy, a few simple steps and it was up and ready to use! Fill the tub and it’s ready for dipping! There is a valve on the back for easy emptying and then I can refill! A friend recommended the Cold Pod so I purchased it too and am so pleased with it. It’s high quality and very easy to assemble. Amazing for the body I have been signed off for for 3 months now with a back injury, although physio was helping i was only attending once a week and no amount of medication was helping with the pain i was living with on a day to day basis, mix that with a lack of range of movement and you become very fed up very quick. I had heard of the benefits to cold plunging but had never got around to purchasing an ice bath. I decided its something i needed to try as if it could aid my recovery it would be a game changer. I looked up the cold pod as i had heard SO MANY great reviews on this particular product.Fast forward 10 days and i am feeling great, i plunge every morning as this is where most of my pain and stiffness is prominent after sleeping, 10-15mins (reducing temperature each time i have worked down to 10 degrees currently) and out followed by naturally letting the body warm up. The effects have been incredible, i have been experiencing less pain, improved mobility and reduced stress. It was becoming a mental injury as well as physical with the amount of time i have been off with no improvement, let me tell you this has helped bring my motivation back clear all fatigue and i can now start my days feeling fitter and stronger with a return to work now in sight. This product is amazing not only for sore muscles but for muscular injuries and their recovery. 10 out of 10

A well designed product A well designed pod, simple while efficient. It can do the job well what it is designed for. The product's quality look quite OK. Plastic material is quite rigid. The stitches look dense enough. The air/water holes and seals have high standard. No comment on its durability since we only got it for few days. I would recon that some sport centres, where more spaces to hold a few of them, could even love this product more.

Awesome and it works I have been sufering with some depression problems for years, been on tablets but this helped me more! 10 mins everything morning is all you need, only thing is I am 6 ft 3 and can't really fit in comfortably but not a massive complaint for only 10 mns a day.

Xl is xl Having seen some smaller versions I needed one that would give me confidence a slightly more rotund individual would still feel comfortable in, it has delivered. It works really well, walls are insulated and keep It cold really well, drains super easy, can be cleaned easy, taken down easy, built up easy. It really is a convenient bit of kit that when in use it does its job perfectly amd like I said, roomy. The xl really is xl, I'm fully submerged and the kids are standing. Only flaw is doesn't come with ice hahahahahaha 🤣Bottom line, if your thinking about one and your sticking point is room then this is the one for you! Perfect bit of kit

The Cold Pod 320Ltrs The 320 litres pod is ideal if you’re either sticky or tall as it is quite roomy inside, the pod itself is super easy to assemble and feels robust and durable. I’ve really benefited from the ice baths in terms of recovery (I bought it because I pulled a hamstring), I was jogging lightly within a week after being in the pod everyday and doing Physiotherapy. The best way to chill out and recover I've been looking at the benefits that cold water therapy can give, not just on muscle recovery after working out, but also for my mental health and improving my sleep but wasn't sure where to begin.I found the cold pod and decided to take the plunge (literally!) And haven't looked back.The tub itself is really thick and great quality, I'm not worried about potential holes or anything. The cover is also an added bonus so that I don't have to keep refilling it each day!I try to do at least 5 minutes every day and have noticed a huge improvement in my mind and my sleeping patterns too, which has been great! Using it after my workouts has been a game changer too. Best purchase I've made in ages Looked at various products online and decided to 'take the plunge' and ordered my cold pod.Arrived super quick and after 5 minutes it was being filled, ice added and lid added ready for the following morning.8am and in I went, unsure if I would feel any benefit but now I'm 3 weeks in, 4-5 minutes every morning and I feel great.Better sleep, more focused and alert and my mood hs improved (or so I'm being told)Couldn't be without it now.....thank you cold pod.

Therapy in a tub We are a family of tide chasers and particularly love Winter swimming. ColdPod are a local company and our first point of call when we decided we needed the continued cold shock when the sea warmed up this Summer.Delivery was quick. Super impressed I spent a while looking for the right one, I believe I've found it. Impressed with the product from the moment I seen the branded packaging box, then to find a reusable branded bag to house The Cold Pod when it's not in use. Instructions where informative and simple to understand. The Cold Pod was set up and ready to be rinsed out within minutes. I've been using it daily for a week now, and really feeling some benefits of it. I tried it first thing in the morning, well that's one way to wake yourself up. I've tried it in the afternoon during breaks from work, feels awesome to get away from the screen for 10 minutes and relax in The Cold Pod. I tend to suffer from bad headaches when working of brain testing work things and popping out for a dip mid afternoon really seems to help relieve them. Then I've used it at night and had a couple of amazing cold water meditation sessions in it. I've never meditated outside, so this might be adding to the sensation, if you've not tried it yet, give it a go.So far the water has been in The Cold Pod for a week and I think its still ok to use, I'm guessing I'll get another week out of it then I'll drain, clean and fill it back up again.I've been using cooler ice blocks for mine, before I go out I throw 5 ice blocks in 10 minutes before and it really helps to cool the water.If you're in two minds of a company to use to purchase your ice bath from, I'd be happy to recommend The Cold Pod.

Excellent. Love it. Before buying this I bought one £30 cheaper and regretted it as soon as I bought it. After a fortnight it developed a leak and I returned it. This one seems so much better but I have only used it for a week.

Cold plunge The cold plunge is a great addition for me it came really quick and very easy to assemble my only issue is that I'm 6'1 and bought the standard size I feel your slightly cramped when you fully submerge if I'd of known I'd of purchased the bigger size but overall it's a good way to get your cold therapy in at home.

Great and fast customer service There was no apparent damage to the product when I received it, but unfortunately when I installed it as per instructions in the booklet and filled it with water, it was leaking from the joints where the plastic bars fit in.UPDATE- the seller did a great job on customer satisfaction and offered us a replacement that is perfect 10/10.

Superb Ice Tub & Customer Service Ordered and arrived promptly within a few days. 5 minutes setup and all set to go. Nice quality to everything. It doesn’t take up any space in our back garden, I’m 5ft 11 inches, and can sit comfortably in it with my shoulders and neck submerged. I stood on and squashed the drain hose accessory, so reached out to Cold Pod, who replied almost immediately and sent me 2 spare drain hoses without delay. Fantastic customer service!!

Cold pod Had the cold pod set up for about a week now and have been using it after football and the gym, feel great and I am definitely feeling the benefits, it was also really easy to set up and only took me a few minutes!

Updated review! (XL POD) I looked all over for something to start cold water therapy and opted for this. After trying it out a few times I was left disappointed as for me (6’2) I couldn’t dunk my head under and for the price it didn’t seem like it would last a long time. I didn’t need the pump as the ring blows up very easily. The lid wasn’t the best and during a night when it rained I came to find the lid had submerged due to the collection of water on the top. Obviously the weather ain’t helped keep this pod cold enough and using ice helps. I used empty ice cream tubs to freeze large blocks of ice. The water was around 15/16 which to me wasn’t cold enough? Looking at getting a whisky barrel in place now but due to the size and weight I think that may not be suitable either….I was contacted by the cold pod company (Robyn) and asked about my experience with the original cold pod and was informed they had just released a BIGGER version of the cold pod! This was sent to me the following day!!!First impressions it looks the same just seems little wider. Was up and ready to fill in minutes and looked bigger but not any taller in size. Once filled and I got in I could move my legs around and rest my back against it. Lot more room to move without feeling constricted unlike the previous model. After use I put the lid on and noticed a mesh like hole in the lid which wasn’t present in the original lid. This is a better design and the original lid used to dip into the water when it rained as the water just sat on top of the lid. This lid now allows the rain to drain into the pod without letting in any dirt/leaves! Much needed improvement and very impressed how a small change goes a long way.Thanks again to Robyn and the cold pod company!

Exhilarating! We bought an Ice Pod after being badly let down on our order with Lumi.It arrived next day and we filled it up and were ready to go.Obviously I got my husband to go in first to test it out!Am now using every day and building up the time before adding ice 🥶.Am hoping it will help with a back injury I’ve got plus the usual aches and pains.Not going to lie, it’s not easy getting from thighs to shoulders but when you do it’s absolutely comfortable to sit there.Definitely exhilarating and sets me up for the day.Can highly recommend this brand. It’s made well plus I got 8% off on the offer so was cheaper than most other brands.

Been wanting to get into cold therapy for a very long time and finally took the plunge, pun very much intended.I chose this one over alternatives because of their UK based stock and seemingly amazing customer service according to many other customers that have needed it.The pod itself is great quality and seems sturdy, the lid could be better but this is negligible.Been a job trying to get it cold enough the past few weeks but it’s been blisteringly hot so can’t expect anything less.. roll on winter!!!Anybody that has any tips on keeping it clean ie chlorine, bromine etc and levels they’d be gratefully accepted as regardless of if I shower before or after my water is absolutely rotten after just a few plunges. I’ve had a look online and there seems to be so many mixed opinions it all gets a bit overwhelming and I give up searching.If you want a cheaper pod go and wait a month for another company to dropship it from China and save yourself all of £30… and then wait another month for it to be sorted when it goes wrong.As for the benefits of cold therapy I feel fantastic and it definitely isn’t placebo, I feel like I’ve left my kid in Morrisons if I don’t plunge after a workout now.Got my dad and brothers to buy one very shortly after I did and they’re loving it too!Buy one, see for yourself!

Amazing My daughter bought the Cold Pod for my birthday. I'd read how they could be used for helping with anxiety and depression and for inflammation and sleep. New addiction It’s fab, worth every penny! Easy to assemble, took about half an hour to fill, easy to clean and the perfect size for me to submerge comfortably up to my neck (I’m 5’4’). The insulation keeps the temperature stable but if you fancy it colder chuck some ice packs in from the freezer. I’ve really noticed the benefits within a week of daily dipping 5-10 minutes. Even my kids (4 and 7) have enjoyed hopping in and out again to cool down in the summer heat!

On reasonably hot days it is near on impossibly to get the water cold enough to provide recovery benefits.I wouldn't advertise this item as a cold pod. It's not exactly cheap either.If you're serious about recovery I'd look elsewhere and pay the extra money. That is what I intend to do.

Expensive but good You can't dispose of a body in it. That's not what I bought it for, or all the acid, and it doesn't matter where the wife is.As for this, I'm 6'2 and have very wide shoulders. I'm also not that flexible. I fit in by crossing my legs. My toes can get a little crushed but it's fine. So for me, it's great. The floor is slightly padded, but as you're in water you don't really benefit, especially if you put salt in the water. Sitting cross-legged, my chin is in the water. The tub sits in the sun but the water doesn't heat up and even with the lid off doesn't warm too quickly, so great material.The price is high. I knew the price and paid the price, and it does what it says on the tin. It is a high price. Is it worth it? If I was smaller I would have cheaper alternatives. For that much for this one, I would have liked more room. Would I buy again? Yes. It enables me to sit fully submerged in ice water. It isn't a cheap material/ poor quality. It also has a couple of options for emptying, instead of just one, which I find useful.Great way to enjoy an ice bath.

After spending years In the gym I have always struggled to find the best way to recover either using hot or cold therapy.So far this has been the best investment, I have felt amazing after using The Cold Pod, it’s halved my recovery rate, reduced inflation and muscle fatigue allowing me to feel better and work harder, I’ve noticed my cardio vascular system has also improved it has even reduced my mothers blood pressure.The kit itself is very easy to set up and use. Helps me stay acclimatised for cold water swimming I have been a year round sea swimmer for the last 3 years. The Cold Pod appealed to me as due to sea conditions it is not always possible to actually safely swim. This is the perfect solution and so easy to set up, use and enjoy. The quality of the pod is excellent and I found it extremely easy to use. Brilliant! Well worth the money I was a bit apprehensive about cold water therapy. I’ve had a go in the Welsh mountains but it’s a good 1.5hour drive to get there.
