Rang today, regarding our new Toro battery mower, that kept cutting out, told to take it over and book it in. So went over with it and a very very nice young man said he would come out and have a look at it, he sorted the problem straight away, can't thank him enough. So so grateful for such fantastic service.

Absolutely 1st class service staff are very helpful ordering the mower parts on a Wednesday morning phone call Thursday morning to say they are ready definitely will be using them in the future

I just happened to be cycling past on a long bike ride, on a whim I just decided to go in see if they could help with my bike as my seat post was coming loose. The staff were very friendly and more than willing to help even though I wasn't a customer. I would definitely recommend their services.

Amazing service from Turneys at Weston on the Green. I spoke with a lovely lady in the service department and arranged to drop my chainsaw in for a service at approx 11am. I was told that it would take around a week and they would call me if it needed parts. When they called me at 3.15, I thought it was going to be bad news (££) but quite the opposite! The gentleman was taking Friday off and so kindly dealt with my chainsaw then same day! Now this is good old fashioned service from a local business, this kind of customer service is rare these days! I would give more stars if it were an option as you have savede from a weekend with my trusty hand saw 🪚 🙏😊 We went to Turneys for the first time before Christmas to get a filter for our generator and got amazing service from the parts department too and so the great service I received today wasn't a one off! As Arnie said; I'll be back! I did go back twice and my return visits were not as positive! Had a new chain less than a week after the service, used it for 2 hours. Returned to ask why chain kept coning off, told the blade part was bowed and I needed another new chain as well as the blade part. No discount given! Surely this should have been spotted with the first chain replacement! So 2 hours use has cost me £120 plus the service the week before! Cheaper to hire someone to come and cut the wood at this rate. I felt they could have offered a little good will gesture reduction but no. So I have changed my 5 star review from the first visit to 3 starts after 3 visits. Thanks so much 🙌

This company knows what they r on about, I had some great advice on my chainsaw which you don't get buying online, and even then the prices are great too. Fast and friendly.
