After researching local contractors for a month, I scheduled five estimates for a new roof. I hired BFARR Contracting for several reasons. They have great reviews, they are BBB accredited, their pricing is great and the materials used are if top-notch quality. Brian D. arrived on time for the estimate and even though it was pouring rain that day he was able to give me a ballpark estimate using drone technology. He told me he would be back to walk the roof and give me a complete estimate. Again, he was right on time and gave me several choices fir different materials, options and colors. Brian understood exactly what I wanted for my new roof. I opted to replace some of the gutters on my house with hidden hanger gutters as we have added two additions and the main part of the house had spike and ferrule and when the wind blew the rattling noise was awful. NO MORE RATTLING coming from the gutters now! My roof was completed faster than the time quoted. Clean up was fantastic with the crew taking the time to do several sweeps with magnets to get up all of the nails. The clean up of the rest of the materials was also completed with care. Communication with BFARR Contracting is second to none! Brian communicated with me beforehand letting me know when the materials would arve, when the dumpster would arrive and when the job would begin. He also contacted me several times while the roof was being replaced, texting me photos of where we were in the process. Everyone I spoke to at BFARR is truly a professional. They truly care about your home. If I need additional Contracting services I will certainly call them first!

I have an older home that was in much need of a new roof. I called several roofing companies and got several estimates. Some of the quotes were low and some high. Then I met with Charles from BFARR Contracting. My company did some business with BFARR and we worked with them on some community events where I got to see Brian Farr and speak with him. Charles came to inspect the roof and gave me a quote that was in the middle of the other quotes I had previously received. He was straight forward and communicated well. He did not try to upsell me on things my house did not need. From that point forward, Charles guided the project. He took care of the permitting and kept my wife and I informed frequently with updates on the start date of the project and all the steps we would undergo through the process. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Edgar, the project manager for the team working on my roof kept me up to date including pictures of areas that they were working on. The work was done in two days and the crew went above and beyond to ensure the whole area around my home was clean and debris free. We were extremely pleased with BFARR and the completed work. I now have a new roof and feel better about my home as we enter another hurricane season. I heartily recommend BFARR Contracting if you are in need of a new roof. Quality team from top to bottom!

I know this is going to sound crazy. I own a large Roofing company in the northeast and was looking for someone to take care of my in-laws leaking roof in Florida. BFARR ROOFING came highly recommended. When I called them, they picked up the phone right away and set up Appointment to come out and take a look at the roof Felix, the site estimator was fantastic with his knowledge he sent over a quote which I thought was very reasonable and we signed the contract within a couple days. With all of the crazy weather that we’ve had lately Christie in the office was very helpful With her communication, keeping us up-to-date on what was going on. The team that was sent out included Miguel, Isa and Geronimo. The team showed up on time did a fantastic job and sent us 84 pictures as they were going along. This company is fantastic. I highly recommend them if you need work in the Florida area.

Shane at BFARR Contracting and his team were great. Quick reply to inspection request of a roof leak. Shane diagnost the problem and recommended a solution to the problem. Work started shortly after and was complete within one day. Would recommend for all your needs and will us again in the future.
