An amazing,friendly experience from our first visit with Jonathan and Martin. Both our lounge and dining room are fantasting with our new .media walls. Josh our fitter is a perfectionist and the rooms are transformed. Thank you to you all for an easy and super experience.

Brilliant experience from start to finish with the team at Warm and Cosy! We were interested in having a media wall built; Jonathan visited the next day to measure up and discuss options, then we visited the showroom to discuss it further. Huge variety of custom options for the build, which was completed to an incredible standard and designed bespoke to suit our requirements. Fantastic communication throughout and highly professional and friendly approach from Jonathan and the team. No mess left and all fitted within the same day. We could not be more delighted with our media wall and would highly recommend Warm and Cosy to anyone, thank you!

Very, very happy with the end result! Visited warm & cosy not knowing what I actually wanted, no pushy sales pitch, very helpful and guided me through the process from choosing the type of fire I wanted, to the type of tiles and the style and colour of the wooden beam. Everyone involved was lovely and helpful, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I found this place when I was looking for a media wall for mum. She wanted to replace her electric fire and have the TV situated above. The showroom was convenient for us to get to and well laid out. We were able to see various fires and types of media wall. Then Jonathan came out to measure up and show us samples and advise on design as these are bespoke and made to order. A couple of weeks later it was being fitted very efficiently with minimal mess and no fitting issues. Communication could have been a little bit better between parties but nothing that wasn’t sorted out quickly. Overall a great product. It looks fantastic in the room and mum is very happy.

Excellent firm who sell excellent products. We are highly pleased with our new electric stove and hearth. It's is so realistic you need to see it to believe it.
