Patrick installed a Rinnai tankless hot water heater in our home. He and his team were quick, professional, and courteous, i.e. they always put on their little slip on boot covers upon entry. The Rinnai was making some vibration noise and we called Patrick and he personally came out to our house 3 times to troubleshoot and fix the issue (new part from Rinnai) and didn't charge us a penny. He dealt with the supplier and was just great with us. He's the only plumber I'll ever call again. He's just a good guy and won't rip you off.

I had a great experience with Patrick David Plumbing! The receptionist who answered the phone was always very responsive and quick to return calls, which made scheduling super easy. They replaced all of our pipes with new copper pipes at a very reasonable price. They originally estimated the job would take two days, but they were able to complete everything in just one. It’s been about six months now and we’ve had zero issues, no leaks and everything works perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or neighbor!

We used Pat when we first moved into our home about 4 years ago to help with our “Pittsburgh potty” and he was such a pleasure to work with. Honest, kind, and reasonable. Today, we needed a plumber ASAP to help clear our drains ans they were backed up and they were here in just a few hours - Chandler and Jim. Patrick and his staff are the top of the line! We had a backup in the drains of our basement that was bringing sewage into our house. I called PDP and their office manager Elissa worked tirelessly to schedule a technician to come to our home that same day (other companies had told me it would take 2-3 days to see a technician). She was so kind and concerned for our situation and eased my stress about the issue. Technician Chandler came to my home and evaluated the issue, working to clean up the mess and identify the problem. It turned out that our issue was a bit larger and needed more equipment to be resolved. He returned the next day with Patrick and they worked together to identify and resolve our drainage issue. They camera scoped our entire system, found and cleared the clog and gave recommendations for how to prevent issues in the future. The second day of service was done for no additional cost from the initial service. They were upfront and honest about the work they’d be doing, went out of their way to explain to me what was going on, cleaned up their job and my home immaculately and were all around the nicest of people to work with. It can be nerve-racking to call a maintenance company to work on your home, especially if you haven’t worked with them before. It was easy to see that Patrick and his staff were not only knowledgeable as well as kind and caring, but honest and honorable. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I could not more highly recommend Patrick David Plumbing and STRONGLY encourage you to use them for your plumbing needs.

After trying to fix a leaky bathtub faucet via Youtube videos and failing miserably, in a panic I called Patrick David Plumbing. Patrick answered the call and was able to fit me in the same-day between jobs. I could not be happier with the service provided! Patrick gave me several options for the repair, with the cost for each without attempting to push the most expensive fix. On a Sunday, just before Christmas, we woke up to water leaking into our kitchen cabinets from an upstairs bathroom. After asking dear friends for recommendations, we called Patrick. He was spoken of is such glowing terms by folks we trust! Chandler came out within an hour of the call, and while he gave us news we didn't want to hear, he was terrific at delivering it -- and of course at getting a temporary solution in place so that our home was not further damaged, and we could use our kitchen. We contracted Patrick + crew to perform some extensive (at least, extensive for us!) repairs on very old pipes in a very old house. While some things did not go according to plan, that has to be expected when the plumbing in one's home is basically a Dr. Seuss illustration with less whimsy. The thing I am most impressed with is Patrick's integrity, honesty, and transparency. The work was completed skillfully and efficiently, the crew was kind and clean, everyone was wonderful. But the thing that cemented our future business, and our own glowing recommendation, was when those things did not go according to plan Patrick took ownership, and fixed the issues. The litmus test here isn't that someone is wonderful when things go right, it's that when things are challenging, they rise to that challenge. Patrick did that, and more. These guys installed a new Rinnai RX199 Tankless Water Heater for us. Joe and Chandler were professional, efficient, courteous and friendly, and their plumbing work was clean and minimalist despite having to work in a somewhat tight space for wall-mounting. There was no cleanup for us to do when they left. Patrick was easy to work with from getting the initial quote to making the water heater installation happen. I am really really happy I found this plumbing company!! I had a clogged toilet on Sunday, and Pat was out to my house in about an hour, and all fixed up 15 minutes later. Pat came out quickly and fixed a gas line that was accidentally hit while digging for a deck. He was very professional, kind and made sure the gas was back on before he left. He also made sure I knew how to turn my tankless water heater back on. I plan on using him for any further work I need

I had a plumbing issue, that wasn't an emergency, I called around 4/5 different vendors asking for quotes. Most won't do it, and will charge a call out fee. Patrick took the time out of his day to pop around, free of charge, and give me an aggressive quote. I went with PD Plumbing, not just because they were the best price (I did get other quotes), but the advice and service they offered was the most complete - I'm sure the others would have met the service offering, but maybe not for the price. The main concern when you go with the best price is if you'll get the best service...well, that's not a concern with PD Plumbing. A full day's work was just complete, not an issue in the slightest. A highly trained plumber just redid my main shutoff, secondary, and too many additional shutoff valves to list. Very happy customer here!
