Lucy was honestly great to work with! She was really genuine and easy to talk to. She took the time to properly show us around and kept checking we were happy and hadn’t missed anything. She even offered us a lift between viewings, which was such a kind and unexpected gesture. She was also super quick and on it. She got everything sorted and got the deal closed within 24 hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My partner and I have rented through The Bristol Residential Letting Co (Bishopston branch) for over 2 years, and have always received an outstanding level of support from our property manager Phebe. Despite difficulties arising during the tenancy, Phebe handled all communication and resolution of these issues promptly and professionally, and always advocated for us as tenants, especially when it came to repairs being carried out in a timely manner. Although we are now moving out of the property she manages, Phebe has still kindly gone above and beyond to provide support and guidance to us when it came to finding a new place to live. We couldn't have asked for a better property manager and are so grateful to Phebe for both the professional guidance and pastoral care she has provided us with throughout our tenancy.
