Without the help of an agent Many of my friends took months to buy the house that they wanted They always ended up missing the houses as it was sold to someone who can offer higher. When I engaged Jason from Ohmyhome, he brought me to a few houses. The moment I liked a house and we saw the competition he told me he will get the house I was prepared that I will end up paying COV for that house. However Jason told me that the house is priced according to market value. Where he got this information I am unaware cos according to some indicative valuations online quoted a much lower amount. We have been searching for agent to sell our flat via notice board and flyers, when we know that we will collecting our keys in about four months time.
