We are so happy and extremely pleased with Cornerstone Construction. After Hurricane Helene, Cornerstone Construction came and surveyed our roof and let us know what damage we had received due to the hurricane. Angie Humphrey was wonderful. She explained everything to us and helped us file our insurance claim. She was very patient with all her explanations. When our Insurance Adjuster came, Angie was here to support us during the adjustor’s assessment. Angie brought us several shingle samples that we could look at and gave us details about each sample. Cornerstone provided us with a 3D hover picture of our house so that we could see what the shingles would look like on our house. All the employees that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The roof installers were very efficient and worked together as a team. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. Tyler Post came and checked on the installers and progress throughout the installation. Jeremy Gilstrap came to check to see if we were satisfied with our new roof. Angie also came to see if we were satisfied with our new roof. Albert Lathen, Cornerstone Leadership Team, came see us too, while the team was working on our roof installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. Cornerstone Construction really cares about their customers and making sure that you are satisfied with their service. We are needing our sliding replaced and we are using Cornerstone Construction. We highly recommend Cornerstone Construction. Their workmanship and customer service is the BEST that we have ever experienced. Thank you Cornerstone Construction!

We recently had our roof assessed for wind and storm damage. Lee Vining and Joshua Harbin stopped by and checked everything out. They kept me informed about their arrival time with text updates. They didn’t pressure me into having work done that wasn’t necessary. I was very impressed by that. When the time comes to replace my roof, I will use Cornerstone in the future. Even though I was already considering other contractors, Angie took the time to educate me on the roofing process and how to avoid common pitfalls that customers often encounter. In an era where many people treat their jobs as just work and show little care, it was refreshing to see how passionate Angie is about what she does. Great price, quality work, quick and easy service. This was my first time replacing anything related to my roofing on my home, so I was anxious about the experience. This process started when representative Cameron came out to my house to do a free consultation on my roof. He found that my roof wasn't the issue, but my gutters were clogging and in general disrepair. He went above and beyond to help fix and understand any issues he found. He quoted me new gutters, guards, and made sure all my questions were answered with no pressure of any sort. They were installed within a couple of weeks to the exact specs I asked for, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Jeremy Bush and his partner (can't remember name, sorry) arrived and expertly assessed the issues with my roof. Oftentimes, repair persons talk down to women, but chatting with these two guys was like chatting with good neighbors. Really makes a difference in who I call when help is needed. Highly recommend.

Cornerstone Construction was recommended to me by a friend, and I highly recommend them. Two of their associates, Jeremy Bush and Jamie Bruce, arrived on time and examined my roof. First off.. Caleb was the BEST. I can say from start to finish this has been the smoothest process I have ever experienced in a long time. When I initially started having minor issue with my roof Caleb was attentive through the whole process. I ended up needing a whole new roof. Through the whole process he kept the communication was NEVER rude or seemed bothered. Soooo professional. Kept me aligned with updates promptly. Excellent service! Tyler T was my project manager. He worked around my schedule, checked in regularly to see if everything was on track and followed up the day of to see if I had any issues. They fixed any areas in need of repair underneath the roof and the roof looks good.

I had a leak from my roof and called Cornerstone as well as several more for estimates for a new roof. Tyler came out and said I had damage and took pictures for my insurance who accepted his assessment. My new roof is beautifully done and roof vents were added to help correct the issue causing problems. Ryan, who headed the team, did a great job which they completed in one day. I am so happy with my new roof.
