ART: A Superior Product at a Reasonable Price
Overall: We first implemented ART in 2015 and our experience with ART over the years has been very favorable. With respect to customer service, it is always prompt and reliable and issues are resolved fairly quickly due to a knowledgeable team. As a testament to our satisfaction with this product, we just recently renewed our contract for another three years which is our third contract renewal since we initially implemented ART. Pros: We were on a manual, paper-based reconciliation and certification process prior to implementing ART. ART has been an ideal solution for our organization because it is easy to use, it is workflow-based, and it satisfies all of our needs for complying with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for public companies at a fraction of the price that other companies charge for similar products with essentially the same functionality. Additionally, implementing, utilizing, and maintaining ART does not require any involvement from our IT Department whatsoever which is a big positive for most, if not all, companies, big or small. Cons: The ART team is open to feedback and recommendations for improvement. The few issues that we have brought up in the past have been addressed through additional features or functionality.
