Initially, we went to TubSafe to just "check out" the tubs. We were planning on getting a whole house remodel done, and only wanted to "see" if this would truly help my disabled husband. From the moment my husband sat in one of the models, he knew that he wanted one. We were actually going to have them coordinate with a contractor to just install the tub. After talking with Eric and finding out that they ARE contractors and that he could actually remodel the entire master bathroom, we agreed to have him come out and give us a quote. (We also got quotes from 3 other companies for the rest of the house)...anyway, Eric is very knowledgeable about bathroom safety and that IS his main concern for his clients. He made sure that everything was tailor made to my husband's needs. From the type of tub, which way the door opened to the placement of grab bars, etc. Every detail was focused on what would make our lives safer and easier. The tub, bathroom and roll in shower turned out fabulous. Everyone who has seen our new bathroom is impressed. My husband just loves loves loves that tub (should I be jealous??) OK, so after working with Eric and his crew, who by the way are totally awesome and very meticulous about their work, he agreed to quote and work on our second bathroom to remodel and replace with a tub/shower combo. The transformation of that bathroom was equally awesome. He also included other work for us in this second project by removing and replacing our bedroom carpets with beautiful laminate flooring, moving and installing ceiling fans, replacing our old fluorescent lighting in the garage and laundry room to LED, and more. Ok, so now we are still needing to do our kitchen...so guess what..yep he agreed to do our kitchen too. That turned out even better than the bathrooms if that's even possible. Did everything go perfectly? no, but was the result awesome? yes. TubSafe is not the cheapest, but they are reasonable, do quality work, they show up, and work with you until they give you what you contracted them to do...and then some. The inspectors gave final approval on all the permits the first time...no issues there. They are reliable, experts, have integrity, and are honest. They don't take shortcuts and that is what you are paying for...quality work that won't have to be re-done in a few years. Big thanks to Robert for getting our kitchen cabinet lights working. Also Paul & Victor were awesome and so easy and pleasurable to work with. I also have to thank Olek who did our kitchen and entry tile...amazing work. I could say a lot more about everything they did for us, but this is getting pretty long. I would recommend them to anyone who is trying to make their lives easier and safer....I guess there is a reason they are called TubSafe. Truly experts on tub safety and on what each persons needs are. Maybe I can talk them into doing my garage next, hmmm. I thank God for them.
