I came across MCS when we moved into our home two years ago and have been using Carly ever since! She is the best online find I’ve ever made! We started off doing a small cellar mothproof staircase carpet and have ended up redoing the whole house in one way or another. A particular highlight being a curved stair case runner carpet with contrasting border which had to be hand sewn. Carly has always taken the time to discuss options with me inc. pricing, availability, practicality and I value her opinion. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with herself & Terry and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Carly was fantastic as usual. We had such little time to get the job done but she managed it and the carpets and vinyl make the place look great. Pricing is very competitive and Carly is knowledgeable and professional. To be honest, I didn’t need to see the samples, I know that whatever she picked would look lovely. Would recommend her to anyone, she is brilliant! PS finger trouble in earlier review, but she and the company are definitely 5 star!

Carly and Terry did an amazing job from start to finish. So supportive helping me to choose both carpet and LVT that was suitable for my whole property and then providing guidance on fitting. They were able to fit the job around my timelines with moving in and communicated each stage clearly so I knew when each room would be ready.
