I have never felt more disrespected and dismissed at a medical facility than I did at this clinic. As someone seeking help for chronic pain, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and compassion — I received neither.
I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to wait nearly TWO HOURS in the waiting room with zero communication from the staff. No updates, no apology, no acknowledgment that my time had any value whatsoever. When I finally approached the front desk to ask how much longer it would be, the employee looked up at me with visible annoyance, sighed, and curtly said "we'll call you when we're ready" before turning back to her screen. No explanation. No eye contact. Nothing.
When I was finally called back, the attitude didn't improve. The staff member who took my vitals was cold, dismissive, and seemed irritated by every question I asked. I came in already dealing with significant pain, and left feeling worse — not physically, but emotionally drained from being treated like an inconvenience rather than a patient.
Pain management patients are often at some of the lowest points in their lives. We deserve dignity, transparency, and basic human decency. This clinic failed on every single count. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge anyone considering this practice to look elsewhere for their care.
