We've used many booking engine related companies but Freetobook are the best by far. We've been with them for many years. We wanted to recommend the dynamic pricing add on. This reduces our workload and is the future for sure. You can tweak it and leave it and the prices look after themselves recognising busier/quieter periods automatically adjusting the prices. The connections to Otas are fully integrated along with card processing and the great customer service is the icing on the cake.

We have been using Freetobook for nearly 8 years now, and they have helped no end in increasing our direct bookings. We started with the basics but over the years have added more services as they have been introduced. Their support is faultless responding quickly to issues or queries, even if it's our own fault, our senior moments keep us on our toes. Since starting with just the diary management system and channel manager for the OTA's we now have the integrated messaging service, reputation suite to manage reviews and something we never thought we would do....dynamic pricing. All runs very smoothly and efficiently and there are always new developments coming through, which prior to launch are clearly explained and described fully. We wouldn't be without them.

Easy to use , and in constant development, with excellent back up. There are always new ways, tips and tricks to develop better working practices.
