Friendly staff, wonderful quick service, and an adorable office dog. I came in to get my car smogged. Made the appointment an hour prior and came in to a friendly knowledgeable gentleman who offered some free cold bottled water. He immediately smogged my car and it took less than 15 minutes from check-in to payment. Wonderful experience.

A trustworthy car shop recommended the Temecula location. Jeff is laid-back and has great customer service. He gets the work done quickly only after offering you refreshments while you wait with a great magazine selection. It felt more like an office than a smog place. As I recently retired from having a independent auto shop and relocated to the Temecula area, TriCity just happens to be the closest so gave them a try and happy that I did, to anyone needing a smog check, Tri-City is the place to go, they are professional with fair prices and time efficient.

I have been taking my vehicles to Tri-City Smog for many years now we love that they are closer to us, I have always received great customer service during each visit. Every smog check I have gotten here has always been done within an hour. The owner Jeff does provide a waiting room, with complimentary water, for anyone interested in waiting at the location. My family and I will continue coming here for all of our smog checks.
