I sent in my favorite pair of Ariat work boots to be repaired. They were about 4 years old and really needed new soles. I just got them back and they look and feel almost brand new! I believe it took just over 5 weeks to get these back. I'm very happy to have my favorite boots back and I hope they last be another 2-3 years. $90 is better than $250 for a new pair. The only reason I dropped a star is for customer service, which was flat out non-existent. I did not receive any updates, no email telling me my boots were ready to ship back to me... I asked for updates twice, just before the 4 week mark and a few days after, with no response. The only email response I ever got from them was regarding payment and not the product. Will I use this service again? Probably yes, but I won't expect any communication next time.

I sent a pair of much loved long retired Pisa Birkenstocks to hopefully be resoled/refurbished. To say they looked amazing is an understatement. Colors rejuvenated and the new footbed’s are super comfortable. The workmanship is excellent and every person who puts their hand on a pair of these refurbished shoes should be proud of their workmanship. I will definitely recommend and use this company for future repairs.

I sent in my old Thorogood work boots and these guys did an excellent job. They put genuine Thorogood soles on the boots and they even patched a hole in the leather that was on the toe of one of the boots. Very good attention to detail and really great work. When spending money on shoe/ boot repair NuShoe is company to go with. Very satisfied with their work and blown away by how well my boots turned out.

I sent 2 pairs of Birckenstocks to be resoled and cleaned up. I’d say it’s like they’re new again, but they’re better than new because there’s no breaking in period! So very happy with the service!
